Have always been very helpful and usually not only responded to my requests for help but actually solved the problem in a few hours. I emailed them yesterday afternoon and they responded this morning. Great service.

While the forum has nothing to do with the auction side, gratuitous accolades are appreciated bigly.
They catch nothing but grief usually and that I think is mostly attributable to new users not understanding the proper steps to take.
I thought we were not supposed to discuss the the auction side on the forum? 😉
I also have had nothing except positive experiences with GB support.
Only once did they not solve my problem within 24hrs, and that was to remove someone's bid that they requested on a Saturday for an auction ending Sunday. Other than that it is usually a couple hours.

I really like the new checkout system. I don't use the automated payment, but it is great to be able to select the FFL and have it sent to the dealer instantly. Sent my payment via priority mail, everything is done on my end less than three days.
