Very nice
That is the way a shotgun should look! It appears to be a very nice older restoration. Any idea who did the work? Bob
I don't have any history on this one. I wish I could tell people more about it.
I was just curious and was also wondering if it has a 2 1/2" chamber or if during the restoration it was changed to 2 3/4" ? I think that in 1919 the shorter chamber was all that was available. A few years later "magnum" 2 7/8" shells were available and then just before WW2 they settled on 2 3/4". For the collector an unaltered shorter chamber is good but for the shooter, a longer chamber would be best. Bob
Beautiful
