It's being willing. I found out early that most men, regardless of cause or need, aren't willing. They blink an eye or draw a breath before they pull the trigger. I won't. ~ J.B. Books

Great actor. Just watched Shop Around the Corner 2 nights ago.
Went from being a private in 1941to Colonel in 1945, garnering several medals along the way including the DFC. Stayed in the reserves until mandatory retirement and retired a general. He was part of the greatest generation and actually walked the walk. Darn good American and oh yeah, in his spare time he acted some too. Bob
Great American, great actor. Unlike another Hollywood type who refused to serve, and was not a great actor either.
Wearing the patch of the Mighty Eighth on his arm. He earned his medals in B-24s over Germany- a true American hero.
A member of the great generation which you will never see the likes ever again in this country. If We had to fight the Germans now there would not be enough testosterone in The USA to fight them off.
The Russians army can even defeat The Ukrainians now.

My God! You wouldn't be referring to the one, another draft dodger named Limbaugh, referred to as Ronaldus Magnus. Watch what you say you might get lynched.
