I was able to read it but it will take a while for the headache to go away! Certainly good news for WVa. One thing that bothers me is the date stamp. I know I'm old and forgetful but have I lost 3 days? 🤣
I was wondering if that means all states must honor reciprocity?

One of the biggest implications for West Virginia is that our citizens must now be provided with the opportunity to publicly carry a firearm in Maryland for self-defense.
We will now be following up to ensure Maryland recognizes that right. We anticipated that Maryland may have to change their laws in light of this big Supreme Court decision — now we know that they must. And West Virginia citizens traveling through Maryland or working in that state will benefit!!!
And the licensing regime they use cannot be onerous!!!
