WWII's Yank magazine pin up: Adele Jergens
Happy 4th, Fellas and Ladies !
It's being willing. I found out early that most men, regardless of cause or need, aren't willing. They blink an eye or draw a breath before they pull the trigger. I won't. ~ J.B. Books

My elder brother was throwing fire crackers like a hand grenade as i lite the fuse when he held it ready to throw. One fuse popped the fire cracker immediately and serious pain on fingers.
We used a slingshot to launch cherry bombs back in the day. Some of them would fly a city block, and some would go off in the air if you aimed high enough.
Nice way to celebrate
Good looking lady does not hurt
Very pretty woman, err... I mean cis-gendered birthing person. I bet she lit a lot of fuses in her day! 😊 Bob
It is scary that you know that! Don
Well Don, because of the holiday, I didn't want to take the chance of offending any of the p.c. crowd and confusing them with the term woman. Don't worry I'll be back to normal tomorrow.
Fortunately, with WW2 pinups you don't have to check to closely for a 5 o'clock shadow or an Adams apple. I have a description for those folks too, but I don't want to be banned! Bob
Bob, I just call them PIGs.
That's an acronym standing for Person of Indeterminate Gender.
That's really amazing. I have one just like that. The stool that is!
This is a good place for hate speech..... .lol
Well make yourself at home. Don
Lola ... La La La Lola .................. 😆
Couldn't resist ... 😋
I had to look it up too !
That's back at a time when women were WOMEN and fireworks were FIREWORKS............nowadays both are a far sight gone from the 40's
