But the seller..non FFL still has it being sent USPS and will not accept CC as in his listing. We shall see... He has FFL from my Dealer.

Hopefully it will work out...........looks like a decent deal !
The price was right,,,
The buy wasn't. Spoke with him on phone..was moving that day and would send the gun USPS in which I told him was illegal. He is not an FFL So he does the checkout with GB and no CC pay is on there and advertised he takes them. After two days of no response text and thru GB I left a feedback. I have seen this story.. no charge on shipping.. after CC or usps money order they won't send until shipping is paid. There was no shipping charge on checkout..He responses email real quick... cancels sale. Here is his response
I told you that I was in the middle of a move. “I will only ask one more time”? Find another gun, Dad.
My response on feedback...F Seller has Credit Card as way of payment advertised and no way to use them after purchase. BEWARE..No shipping charges. He is not an FFL and shipping USPS.. which is illegal. He canceled sale.. BEWARE
It would not be on you I don't think because he was the one mailing if something came up which I doubt. The USPS doesn't know what anything about anything imo.
@select-fire when you first posted this I thought about these GD guidelines:
Auction support, technical support, payment issues or billing questions are not allowed in the forums. If you have a support, billing or payment question click Help Center from the top of any auction site page.
Complaints or criticism about GunBroker.com, its staff, its policies, or any buyer or seller on that site. If you have a problem with an auction transaction use the auction feedback system and/or contact tech support.
But I thought to myself, OK let's see where this goes...
It has run it's course and I probably should have closed it initially and I am now...
