I heard in my neck of the woods is adding additional $10 tax on an ounce. They fear the people will go back to street dealers to avoid the tax. Or maybe they'll buy under an ounce or they'll go back in and out for multiple buys each under an ounce. But I figure potheads got to be lazy to work around the tax.
Wouldn't expect pot to go away at all in CA. IMHO they will probably make ALL drugs legal while at the same time cutting law enforcement even more. CA is a DEMOCRAT state.
I hope so and the cops and paramedics take a long round abouts way to get to the OD-ers.
