Got some concrete going in in the back yard. Sidewalk along deck with and BBQ pad off the side.
Gonna take 4 yds. of concrete. Here's some pictures of it with the forms up and gravel bed.
Is 4 a good number of yds to use for concrete?
Comments
Concrete beds? I've never seen anyone grow concrete before. How long does it take?
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Hopefully just a week of cure, then 20 yrs.
Are you going to use fiberglass reinforced concrete or lay down some hog panel for reinforcement?
And yes, 4 yards is a good number.
4 yards is a good number "only" if you have just enough to complete the project.
They going to use fibered mud.
It will look great when done
my 2 cents Fiberglass reinforced is a good way to go
As a young fellow I spent enought time pulling pushing pumping wading in concrete for a dozen people lol
The more you pave or concrete, the less you have to mow.
yes sir.
Don't forget to put the date and name in it. 😃
Too late,already set up.
But the more snow you have to shovel.
Mule
Finished picture?
Those few inches between the slab and the fence are gonna be a beyotch to trim.
Filling with rainbow landscape rock.
Will you take "pride" in your rainbow rock?
You just need some gun ports in that stockade wall.
Yes. I'm proud of everything about my house and yard. We worked veery hard for many years. Not the biggest or best but it's ours and it's home.
I've always liked the way you think.
Heck yeah. Grandkids will love it.
maybe just fake grass AstroTurf or what ever they call it now for those pesky spots of grass you have now
is that a headstone in the first photo, in the upper left side??????
Pumper truck or Georgia Buggy to get the mud in place ??
My reference to rainbows and pride were just humor, Joe.
We'd all like to see photos of the finished project when you can.
pumped it. The guy doing the finish work did NOT like my fence, at all. He called it a special kind of fence of some sort.
Ohhhh,,,
I can hear him now ,,,,,,,,, ‘#$@&%;(&’ fence !! 🤣
