In a few years both the car and the hauler will have to be plugged in.😫
Hello - tow company? I need your service.
Sorry sir all of our trucks are plugged in charging. We can get to you in about 8 hours unless there is a power failure or brownout, Have a nice day.
Lots of work for the REPO man!!
😃
Just wait till they start adding TAXES to those charging stations! Right now they save a few bucks on mileage vs gas/diesel(not counting the cost of the new EV mind you)! But soon enough, that will change
This would be really funny select-fire if it wasn't coming (by force) by our public servants.
I read a article a few days ago some family in Flordia bought there son a electric car thinking they were doing good it was a few years old cost 11k all was well a short very short time
to quote a good old fellow I liked as a kid " now the rest of the story"
well it started having trouble and dealer said , sorry the battery(s) going bad your looking at 14k to replace the batterys what a deal
That's a new way to "charge" before they unload it.
bad thing is they will probubly charge the tax on everyones electric, so if you still drive a gas car you will pay double, one on the gas and one on the home electric...........
i would like to see what happens when in the hot days we have had and high elec. usage the elec. co. has sent me texts warning of brown or black outs.
I hope they have a bicycle or horse if they want to get anywhere when elec. is shut off.
That is already the case, SW0320. Tesla is now "asking" owners not to charge their cars during high demand periods.
Since Tesla cars can already be controlled remotely by the company, how long might it be before owners suddenly find that their car will not charge due to "temporary electrical demand override" ?
Where do these green idiots think all the increased demand for electricity to charge these 60k cars will come from?
Offset by the high demand for extension cords !
... long enough to reach neighbor's garage 😆
