Been between 98 and 102 for the last few days, supposed to be 100 today and tomorrow, then cool off into the low 90's. What's it like at your place?

been over 100 for several weeks, 98 would be nice...
90s with high humidity.Welcome to SC summers.
Salt Lake City just tied "most ever days at or over 100" with 20. They'll beat that this next week.
Ogden has been a few degrees cooler, if you can call high 90s cooler. We MAY finally get some rain Tuesday. Bottom half of the state has been getting it every day but the monsoonal moisture hasn't gotten this far north yet. Our relative humidity is high for here (at 30%) so maybe, just maybe...
The last 3-4 weeks have been several days in the high 80s to mid 90s then cool down to highs in the high 70s for a couple days. Then repeat that cycle. That is for us here 12 miles NE of town. Town has been getting that famous Grays Harbor marine overcast, and has had highs in the high 60s to mid 70s.
I have all of you beat.......bad. We have had 45 days of 100+ temps so far this year, and we still have Aug and Sept to go.
where is here?
Central Texas
The well of Jacob has run dry for the 4th time since anyone could write about it here in Texas.

WIMBERLY, Texas - A popular watering hole for Texans is officially running dry.
Jacob's Well about 30 miles Southwest of Austin currently has no water flowing to the well because of ground pumping and the recent dry, summer conditions. This is the 4th time in recorded history that Jacob’s Well has officially ceased flowing.
The 140-foot-deep hole, which is normally crowded with swimmers this time of year, is part of the longest underwater cave in Texas.
Swimming has been off-limits for weeks because of the ongoing drought conditions. However, the park will remain open for hiking and viewing the spring.
Last week was great here...mid 80's and 1.75" inches of rain .....But this week will be mid to high 90's and high humidity !
I hope some of you all get some relief soon !!!
was out in Az 2 weeks ago............120.........in the 'shade'. I told the wife that "now you know what the chickecn feels like when you put it in the air fryer"
For the last two weeks highs have been 98 and up . Heat index topping 102 most days . Afternoon thunderstorms a few times Got 1 & 1/4 inches this afternoon in about an hour. Eastern NC
Mid to upper 90s
We, here in North Texas, have about the same number of days of 100 degree temps......so far this year.
But not to worry........we are far behind 1980......when we had 100 days of 100 degree temperatures. Still.......as bad as that was.......2011 gave us 80 days IN A ROW, of 100 degree and above temperatures.
But it's a dry heat........sure........just stick yer head in the oven!!!!
(edit: 106 degrees yesterday.....a bit warm :) )
It’s been hot here in Florida too. It was so hot that the neighbor girls took their tops off this past week laying around the pool.
Western Montana.
you didn't get to bad a sunburn watching did ya?????
Kind a warm here maybe in the 70s?
Try working a concession trailer in these temps. Weekend before last two days of over 100 degrees. Everyone asks how I do it.
I tell them I used to stand my watch in the engine room of a steam powered destroyer. Temps were always over a 100 and decibels were off the chart.
If I was not standing watch I was working in the engine or boiler room so the high heat is nothing new.
"you didn't get to bad a sunburn watching did ya?????"
Only on his tongue.
Once, while at sea in the Indian Ocean (outside temp was north of 110 degrees) I got caught getting a drink of water (I forgot we were on a "water restriction") I had to go to the engine room while underway and lie under the (spinning) shaft, on my back and sop up hot oil with a shop rag and a coffee can, can on one side and rag on the other dripping hot oil on myself as I transferred it from rag to can. There was only about one foot of clearance between my face and the drive shaft.
I could only take it for a little over two hours before they had to pull me out of there. I don't know how you BTs could do that every day.
I thought that was pretty harsh for one sip of water
