Anyone have any insight as to if the "gun parts kits" section of Gunbroker will be effected by the incoming "ghost gun" executive order? Does the order apply to parts that aren't receivers or 80% receivers?
For instance would this parts kit somehow prohibited without FFL transfer?

Executive orders have no legal standing other than directing the actions of federal employees & contractors. Of course, many businesses will voluntarily obey them, due to fear of the "dirty cops".
OTOH, many states are now working on their own versions of laws that outlaw gun frames & small parts that have no serial number. Considering that the feds have unlimited money for harassing innocent businesses, ghost guns will eventually become unavailable.

there ( government leftist ) are pushing hard to get a gun registry ( they have one its well know ) but want to make a legal one
they are complaining now the BATF hands are tied due to the paper work and forms they have to sort thru to find any thing again there not supposed to keep it but nothing is going to change that eather
they are pushing to get it all on computer like a lot of other LEO tools , just plug in a name or serial number and its pops up instantly. also to have every gun registered and traced that may be a Challange but the anti gunners are organized and have lots of backing and time and money is on there side .
some states and law makers are completely ignoring the latest supreme court rulings by flipping a few words on there laws to by pass or end run the rulings or declaring the entire city state a gun fee zone its endless sending the lawsuits back down to the bottom to work ther way back thru the courts knowing it may take years to make it back again
