Why do young sellers improperly list finish?

For example guns such as the Raven MP-25 and the Jennings J-22 came in either Black or Chrome. Never blued nor nickel plate. Painted coatings do not constitute bluing.

In each and every auction there is are the words "ask the seller a question" in green font. Click on that and you can message the seller. I think most sellers would appreciate someone pointing out an error.
I don't know, ignorance perhaps. You could always contact the seller and mention it to them. Personally, I have never looked for a Raven or Jennings because crap is crap no matter how it is described.

Just curious, how do you know the sellers are young?
There are a significant number of firearms owners who learned all they know about guns watching TV and movies.
Or... worse yet, the "news".
