OK :
Funny , most likely to true ......
I had a DNA test done 12 years ago : My son tested he was 99.9999999999 % mine !
Thanks !!!
I Grew Old Too Fast (And Smart Too damn Slow !!!) !!! :?
Mine is similar. A true Mutt, the only part that makes sense is the Irish. A true Irishmen isn't drunk as long as he can still hold on to a blade of grass and not fall off the earth!
To tag on Aztngundoc22 post my daughter is 49% me, my wife looked at hers and was instantly disappointed that she wasn't related to me until I explained that!
I am 54% Browning, 25 % Remington, 16% Colt and 5% Other
Did the dna ancestry thing a couple years ago. Fast forward to a couple months ago and my birth mother located me(I was adopted at birth and never met my birth mother). It’s been nice. My adoptive parents (who I consider my parents) were always supportive of me finding my birth mother if I ever wanted.
I did the Ancestry DNA test a few years ago. I've had 3 people contact me telling me they were related to me, or asking me if I was related to them. I've also gotten several emails from Ancestry telling me that they had found more areas of the earth that my ancestors came from.

Did one many years ago...Irish, Scottish and English...But my DNA is approximately 35,000 years old...It was interesting to see the DNA evolve from Africa to Europe...

Had a friend that claimed he was 50% Scotch
And 50% water.
Cartoon is semi-funny. DNA testing is for those who don't know who they are.
I'm AMERICAN, that's all I need to know.
Gonna have to remember that one 😂
Not sure it’s wise to shake the family tree too hard . You never know what is going to fall out of the far away branches
I got mine tested a few years ago. I was several % points more Neanderthal than most people. Like this was a surprise. 😁
You're welcome!!!!!!
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Yes............ agreed to do it based on a cousin's request for family research. Interesting results. We found out through the DNA and deduction that there was a cover up somewhere in the early 1900s.
In Arkansas the DNA of all people is the same.
I went into Arkansas couple of times as a child and now live close to the Arkansas state line so I might be contaminated also, therefore no DNA testing for me.
and remember.
You can choose your friends but you cannot chose family.
With all the research I've done on my ancestors, the DNA results were at least 95% accurate, and the rest are probably people that I haven't found yet.

I took the test at 23andme.com
I am mostly Irish, Scottish, and Welsh with some German. I have 3 percent Neanderthal DNA, some of the highest Neanderthal ever tested for.
Last year we were down visiting my girlfriends family in Atlanta. Her grandson Aaron is 14 years old. I explained to them that I had some of the highest Neanderthal DNA ever tested for.
Aaron replies "That explains a lot."
Mine came back negative.
Someone went grave digging. In my case it'll be a waste of money to learn I'm 100% Japanese.
Had a DNA test recently to find which medications work best. Didn't change much for me but some folks find out some meds will or won't work as expected.
And my "23and me" test came back Scotch/English "with just a whiff of Africa". No one mentioned Neanderthal so some folks are suspicious.
Here is my report.
Here's my family in the cave in Scotland in December 43,276 BC
I am the little kid right front. We had such a wonderful Christmas that year.
Nice hair Allen!
Our daughter's MIL was contacted by her now adult son that she gave up for adoption when she was a teenager. So far so good. She has always felt guilty & now they can reunite.
Allen, it looks like your Grandpa lost his right hand to a faulty firearm!
I'm at 279 variants with more Neanderthal DNA than 91% of the population. Possibly explains why I was born so hirsute.
hirsute........Thanks for the new addition to my vocabulary susie!
I've always pictured in my mind that a Neanderthal's most distinctive feature would be a single eyebrow going all the way across the forehead. 😁
My family has written records of our history over the past 382 years. Why would I need to go back further??????
is that you in the background in allens family picture??????
My Grandmother traced our ancestors to 1816, when the first one came into Texas. That's far enough back for me.
Yup, had it done to test the old family story about a Cherokee princess. Turns out, no Native Americans in my wood pile in at least the last 5 generations. Some genes from the middle east though. I'm getting a camel. Eat your heart out selectfire.
My French Canadian ancestors walked across the New York State border backwards, so the U.S authorities thought they were leaving....
I have never done a DNA test.
I would love to have a DNA thing done but anonymously. I don't want any contact with ANYONE as a result, don't want to end up in a database, don't care about long lost relatives.
I wish I could just find out about my origins and nothing else. Once you submit your DNA, you've opened up a can of worms that you can't contain.

Yep, exactly.
Daddy said they ordered me out of the Sears&Roebuck catalogue
