I was at Walmart and saw that there was 8 Leprechaun movie collection for $10. Yeah I know I could've invested that $10 on lotto tickets. Since I have to empty out my freezer and I had two packs of corned beef I might as well get my Irish on in October.
I plan to boil the corned beef part way then throw it in the oven to finish. I figure I can boil the veg in the corned beef water to pick up some flavor. It's too bad I finished off the 8 pack of Guinness last week so I guess it'll have to be Modelo beer.
Looking forward to the corned beef sandwiches.

Just my opinion but understand everyone has different tastes. I couldn't get through 10 minutes of any of those leprechaun movies. I would however enjoy seeing that old movie "Willow" again.
Stars that same small fella without all the makeup!
I did not know they made that many
I seem to remember watching one maybe the first one
I also have to say you have me beat in any binge watching event
I have trouble sleeping so a lot of late night TV fills the void
A few years ago I did watch some old tv series I had never seen like breaking bad better call Saul and a few more Like the ranch and yellowstone Along with some movie series they had produced over the years
I have yet to watch many more like star wars .
I took a date to the first starwars about 10 minutes in she ask you want to go back to my house . I think I made the best choice that day we left and I never seen the movie .
But I would like to watch the starwars series just out of curiosity
I am positive no gal will ask me to give up watching the show again lol
My attention span has also became a lot shorter so a lot of youtube post most all of them are 15 min to a hour
Never seen any of the Leprechaun movies. It was $10 and I saw one was titled "Leprechaun 5: In The Hood" how can I say no to that?
Haven't gotten around to "Yellowstone". One of these days. I hope it's like "Longmire".
Never seen any of the "Star Wars" movie or shows. I've seen bits from the original trilogy to have a conversation like "Han shot first" and he did. I kind a wanted to see the ones with Gina Carano. Wonder if they'll put that out on DVD? Besides I'm more of the "Star Trek" fan.
Yeah I know what you mean by youtube making my attention span short. I have a bad habit of Fast Forwarding DVDs these days. Damn youtube induced ADD.
I could not watch even one of those Leprechaun movies, even at gunpoint.
yoshmyster............I really feel sorry for you. Thinking about binge watching 14-16 hrs of Leprechaun movies makes me think that I would lose my frickin' mind...........
I hope you hold onto yours after that brain scramble.
If the weather is bad enough, I have to watch eight movies. I will die of frostbite.
The first one is the best, only because young Jennifer Anniston's butt is centered in the frame whenever she is on camera !
The hood one is interesting, if only for the....ahem, cultural exchange.
8 of those things ? Wow, never knew that.
A good waste of $10! 😁
You just know that we are going to see these on a giveaway in the future.
The first one with Jennifer Aniston was hard to watch (read not good). I kept wondering did Jennifer have a nose job?
The second was confusing since in the first movie the Leprechaun was 600 years old is now 1000 before the movie got going. But it had many actors I like and better than the first one.
The third one took place in Vegas with Elvis impersonator that made it great right there.
The fourth one takes place in space. Why would a leprechaun be in space? I don't know but they went there after all so did Jason (Friday the 13th). It's so whacked it's good.
Five and Six takes place in tha' hood. The fifth one had Ice-T so enough said. Sixth one had a white girl playing a sista and Beau Billingslea Cowboy Bebop Jet Black fame. So again fun watch.
The seventh "Origins" was but wasn't a leprechaun but the lore was interesting. But with the WWE involvement pretty bad.
The eighth went back to the first movie but didn't have Warwick Davis (too old for stunts?) by then I was kind a burnt so I was half watching but it wasn't good.
The thing I didn't get was in most movies the leprechaun got destroyed but it came back. They tried to explain if any part of the leprechaun exists it can regenerate. They even went in to "Army Of Darkness" territories. All in all for $10 I'll re-watch "tha' hood" ones.
Now the corned beef boiled and then finished in the oven came out good. I think next time I'll let it sit in the water longer to draw out more of the salt. Now on sandwiches it was great. It didn't fall apart when slicing. So I got to slice it paper thin with newly sharpened knife and the corned beef straight out of the fridge.
Too funny
I guess I would like to know what a leprechaun movie even is? Wait. No I don't.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
You have to watch it to get the reference of Wayne Campbell in "Wayne's World". Also Leprechaun in Space has Tim "Get Some" Colceri. You know him from "Full Metal Jacket".
