Of course this had not hit the MSM yet but this could be the beginning of a revamped U,N. with new powers of enforcement's with two less standing members which would be China and Russia. The mechanism are in place politically especially since The West has cut off all advance Compuer chips for/to China and Russia.

White House and State Department officials acknowledged Friday that a flurry of conversations had taken place over the past week over the deteriorating situation across Haiti. Confirmation of a deadly cholera outbreak amid widespread civil unrest and a months-long blockade by powerful gangs of the country’s ports and main fuel terminal, Varreux, have prompted calls for international action.

Trump was right, Haiti is a s***hole. If the civilian population is unwilling to help themselves, why should we help them? Of course the fact that the civilians are disarmed doesn't help.

The U.N. can't afford a standing army. The best they can do is have commitments for troops from member countries. Those commitments stand at about 70,000 currently. Even with the advances in tech and transportation it still can take 2 months to deploy those forces. So like everything else the U.N. does the bulk of work to implement their resolutions falls on the U.S. I for one think we should stay out of Haiti. Since French is their official language, let France send some troops if necessary. Bob

    Social conflict

Saint-Domingue was a society seething with hatred, with white colonists and black slaves frequently coming into violent conflict. The French historian Paul Fregosi wrote:

"Whites, mulattos and blacks loathed each other. The poor whites couldn't stand the rich whites, the rich whites despised the poor whites, the middle-class whites were jealous of the aristocratic whites, the whites born in France looked down upon the locally born whites, mulattoes envied the whites, despised the blacks and were despised by the whites; free Negroes brutalized those who were still slaves, Haitian born blacks regarded those from Africa as savages. Everyone—quite rightly—lived in terror of everyone else. ...Haiti was hell, but Haiti was rich".[23]

    — The French historian Paul Fregosi

Many of these conflicts involved slaves with few CHOICES.

Kind'a like here in The USA Now.That's why they push equity now instead of equality. With the middle class dwindling with only low paying service jobs and Millions of Hispanics pouring in and demanding society social justice and Tent cities everywhere with drugs rampant. Then it's coming here in The USA. (chaos)

Crime is rampant with BLM Judges letting out career criminals and Murder rates increasing in big cities with the rich walled housed in communities then soon we all are going to have to Have The U.N. army come in to instill law and order under The NWO too!
