Too soon
EEEeeeeewwwww! Too close to home here in Michigan!
Our wonderful fall weather is on borrowed time.....
Went there once in the summer to do an install in Fond du Lac. The only thing I remember is the Butter Burgers and frozen custard at Culver's.
It was 34 degrees here this am, but no moisture in the air.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
you must be up North , all we got was a few flakes coming down , just enough to get the deck wet.
i have to say if you were bow hunting that would be nice
We're due for some cool weather.......just not yet.
It's 88 degrees right now........soon to be 93 degrees tomorrow.
North Texas.......Cross Timbers area......whew!!!!!
That would look really pretty on Christmas Eve. Of course at my age I would then like it to be gone by the 26th. Bob
That looks nice!!
Here in Central Texas we are still hitting 90 in the afternoons.
Speak for yourself Mike! I spent a few years in Madison at school. That wind would blow off of lake Mendota and cut right through me. Summers were great though.
Lake Mendota?? From 1947 to 1972 we had a U.S. Coast Guard Cutter named Mendota based in Wilmington, N.C. down at the Coast Guard dock at Front St. I remember driving by and seeing the gleaming white 254-foot-long ship. She was decommissioned in 1973 and scrapped in 1974.
Being from the cheese state and now down in S.C. for a month working on our rental I just love it!! Our kids sailed on Mendota and many other inland lakes in the SE part of the state. 80 degrees here today😅
Snowing now, but we didnt get that much yet.
I wasn't into sailing, asop, but I was on the UW crew team. My uncle and family had a lakeside home on lake Manona. We would go through the locks that connected to two lakes and go perch fishing. Scared me to death the first couple of times. The crew team would row on the Yahara river in the winter because it didn't freeze as the two lakes did.
"you must be up North "...........yup, just north of Wausau. Come Christmas we are outa here, heading for Az.
I was up your way just last week , we have a terminal on county rd XX Rothschild , just a little past camping world
"we have a terminal on county rd XX Rothschild"...............fenagel a trip Nov. 4/5/6, gun show at Cedar Creek mall
Im about 35 miles South of you
that would be cool IF I could but company is very much against going out of route 😣
In Wisconsin, you shovel snow for both trick or treating and for the Easter egg hunt.
Well they said we had a trace here the other day but I won't believe it until I see it.
No snow yet in the Driftless area part of the state - 35 miles east of PDC
We got hit with 2" of snow this morning here in northern lower Michigan.
I pulled my dock out yesterday, let it freeze in once and never again if I can help it.
It looked like a blizzard here but nothing stuck. Funny we.ve been getting leaf blizzards here now. Sitting here looking out the window and the leaves are literally coming down sideways and they are sticking to the ground.
Was white with frost this morning!
Ken may have sent them to invade you all................
Nope, too far north, too green, though I hear the fishing is great during those 17 days of summer.
