that lovely white stuff is working down the mountains day by day. usually in the early morning hours. i am approximately 3200 ft elevation my son's place is near 3500ft to the mountains and just right of the view here. 2 nights worth of snow has it about 4000 ft. so far just a little rain in the valley itself.

Same thing here....
Same thing happening here. I'm just above 2100 feet here and the peaks around me are all white (what you can see of them anyway... they're socked in).
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
feel free to keep all of that white stuff for yourselfs 😃
Over the weekend we got snow in the valley. Bozeman got around 16 inches and out at Belgrade area got like 5 inches.
I'm right at 4000 feet and it's snowing now. It hasn't stuck around at this elevation but maybe 4-500 ' above us is covered.
its no secret that the early snows leading into a lonnnnggg winter ending in nearly april is the prime reason that most of the people moving to montana end up moving out after 3 years of it. to that i say hell yah! bring on the snow, keep on with the snow, all the way to april.
well, can't even see the mountains today. snowin' like the dickens in the valley now. ground[warm prior] has become completely covered in less than an hour. streets are still melting
It's falling outside right now, but not sticking....yet.
Same here. I should also note that Idaho is full.

Coming down the mountain
Wait, I think the lyrics are, "she'll be comin' round the mountain, here she comes..."
yep she came down, then just as quick left. sunshine and breezes melted everything in the valley.
When I went to bed last night it was 31 and I figured I'd wake up to a good frost. Nope. Went up to 43 and breezy overnight.
I thought the same thing, 31 last night and 31 this morning. Thought that with no cloud cover it would drop quite a bit.
