Not if it is a Cummins.
Those old tri axle dump trucks were serious money makers a few years back. I am sure its not as good now with high insurance and fuel prices.
Needs points and plugs.
If'n you're gonna dig that deep ya might just as well throw in a new condenser and rotor/rotor cap.
get rid of the mechanical fuel pump and go electrical,
4 degrees BTDC
Nothing wrong with the old girl that a couple of new catalytic converters won’t fix!
Chop the top, it'll make the stacks look taller.
That's an awful clean dump truck, HPD. I don't think I've ever seen one that clean.
Ain't shiny paint and chrome wonderful things? That truck is a 1979, and spent it's life as a west coast log hauler. The fella sold it a number of years ago, and recently his son found it and bought it back, and converted it to the dumper. That is a tired old truck, but somebody with a merciful right foot can get a lot of miles out of 'er yet.
Just needs some DEF.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Where do you plug it in to recharge it?
Sea foam works
Way back in the early 1970's when I was very young, I got a job driving a tri axle Ford. The guy taught me how to drive it and put me to hauling dirt the next day. In two weeks, I was loading my truck with a big John Deer excavator, or a Case front end loader. I learned to change tires on those split rims too. If memory servs I was paid $7.00/hour.
Ricci, I didn't think they made excavators that long ago.🙃
Dang ricci that was high dollar back then, I was only getting about $326 a month driving deuce and a half and 5 tons and changing the split-rims on em, but we had nice OD green color trucks and uniforms to match...
For a minute there I though of my wife🤔
