I use 45-70 cases with the rim turned down to 11mm Spec. Size 'em in a Lee die and load 'em up with the RCBS cast bullet. Seat the bullet out a little to get correct overall length. Like shooting a .38 in a .357. Unique and 5744 work good.

Always a good feeling to get an old gun shooting.
And it is amazing how accurate they are with the right load. They always get attention at the range. My 45-90 Martini is a real looker with Soule sights.
