I seen several + gun Podcaster last night saying you tube came out with new rules
They the pod casters
Can not show any type of work on a gun even adding a scope
Not allowed to show loading a magazine
Not allowed to show how to put the magazine into the gun
How the gun operates
And many more new rules almost banning for the most part gun post
The guys I watchted said Good luck making any good gun vidio from here on out if you can show anything about a gun most are moving to other sites more friendly. Gun platforms
Comments
If so then I'll sure miss Hickok45 on the tube.
"Never do wrong to make a friend----or to keep one".....Robert E. Lee
I sure feel safer, NOT.
one fellow posted he deleted 300 post with 15 million views must alos include what you say about big brother
another I watched said I like to show you how to laod the mag sorry not allowed. also I am not allowed to show inserting the magazine taking it out of the gun charging the gun taking it down for cleaning or how to use the safety.
basic I can just hold the gun
more anti gun and liberal blocking people's rights and keeping evry one up to date on laws and their hobbies but their site there rules as they say
I wonder if they would be allowed to block (or if they would , very doubtful ) any of the alphabet pick and choose gender post
Heaven forbid they allow anything that might promote the safe use of a firearm.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
That's exactly what i thought.
I don't think it will last long.
So a site I never look at won't...never mind.
I go to you tube when I run into something I need to work on,but don't know how.It has helped many times.I have also noticed there are certain group I refer to as -YouTube Experts-They have never worked on anything, often times don't own any tools, but they watched a youtube video and now they are experts on cars, guns, electrical and plumbing. Now when I get advice from some people I ask have you ever done this.If the answer is I saw it on youtube,I take the advice with a grain of salt.I guess I didnt know youtube were anti gun wennies.
i have had a few actual helps from you-tube, but there are many BS things. What's his name from "Midway" ? does a lot of info.
Well there are two ways to deal with YouTube. First, as Tactical Toolbox has suggested - like and subscribe to as many pro 2A channels as possible so YouTube takes notice and see's it as a business decision to allow or even embrace these videos. Second, similar to the first option - the consumer is king. If we could get the 2A community not to use YouTube, for any type of video, their advertisers would take notice and either * YouTube or force them to change their 2A policy.
That door you just kicked in was locked for your protection - not mine.
YouTube is just another totally liberal-run social media site just like all the others. I doubt they really care about their viewers or their advertisers. All that matters to that bunch is their agenda.
when does this officially go in effect????? I haven't seen any videos deleted yet, or are they just not letting anyone post new ones?
It has been happening for sometime now and appears to be getting worse every month. If you take a look at the Tactical Toolbox channel, the guy outlines a rough timeline and explains which of his videos have been removed and why. Matt from Demolition Ranch also mentioned how many of his videos were deleted and even more being demonetized. Especially those where he made a 3 to 5 foot suppressor.

I really am happy for you. I am not a Midway/Potterfield fan. I am an old fart and kinda loyal to Brownells. Best!
I wanted to see how the rolling block truly worked.... And he did a good job. I hope to hear from you on your Brownells 😍
