Kinda like creepy Joe and all of his actions, I'll believe it when I see it.
It is just a dog and pony show to get it over with my guess money will change hands lots of it.
Probation and back to normal
He might squirm out of criminal responsibility ("If the condescending smirk fits, you must acquit") but either way, his vulnerability in civil court is now huge.
Yup, just a token to end the "investigation." Everyone knows that no Democrat ever gets found guilty of any crime.
There's good lawyers that know the law real good and there's lawyers that know the Judge real good........always hire the latter.

GREAT!
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
...Good!! He may not serve a day in prison...but his butt will be puckered until he walks out of the court room for the last time, because he wont be SURE of the final outcome until the last day ...charges filed on him come with up to 6 1/2 years in prison, be nice for him to live the rest of his miserable life with a conviction on his woosey butt...
There are laws for the Hollyweird people, and then there are laws for us common folk. He will probably be in a new movie soon, and thrown a parade. Too bad he is not with Todd Christley, and getting his colonoscopy, from a Dr. named Bubba!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Civil suit has already been settled.
Baldwin settled a no doubt "massive" civil suit for an undisclosed amount.
She died at his hand. He'll have to live with it.
Live rounds on a set🤔
First I’ll say Baldwin is a jerk, and was definitely lying when he said he didn’t pull the trigger. He did, he had to have pulled it. I can believe he didn’t know it had a live round in it. But what baffles me is, where did the live round come from? We have all seen blanks, they don’t look like live rounds. The only one I ever seen that does look like one was a 6.5 mm Swedish Mauser blank round, but bullet was painted red and made from wood, you had to put a shredder on the end of the barrel to shred the bullet.
I just think that who ever put the live round in the gun and didn’t know the difference, or just assumed it was a blank is equally responsible.
these actors spend lots of time researching the person they are "playing" in the show/movie. I think the least they could do is spend 15 minutes researching the gun they will be using to find out how to tell if it is loaded or not, If they can't then I feel they are also to blame.....
If it wasn't that, it must have been the gun manufacturers fault...
The lawyer for the female armorer was on tv yesterday, he said that Hannah reached into an ammo box labelled "BLANK ROUNDS" and she used those cartridges. And he said that someone had slipped a live round into that box, and she loaded the gun with it.
He is so ignorant of firearms, he is saying that a supposed expert, an "armorer" is holding live cartridges in her hand, along with some blanks, and she can't tell the difference. If this is Hanna's best defense, she is in big legal trouble.
As Tucker Carlson said last night, "Never hire an armorer with green hair."
Watched an interview this morning where they said the handgun he used had a transfer bar. Zero chance of it firing without his finger on and pulling the trigger. He just assumed his alligator tears would be enough to clear him, but it's high time people like him were held to the same standard the rest of us are. Damn, do I hate Hollywood.
I have that same pistol. A Pietta .45
A well made replica and it won't fire without pulling the trigger.
Hopefully he will be made an example of like Martha Stewart was years ago.
I predict he will plead no contest with a suspended sentence in place which will be less than a slap on the writ. The dude is an actor, he will say the right things and it will all go away. The payouts to the families have already been made via civil court. As far as I know Baldwin does not have any other serious crimes in his past so it is unlikely he will really received any sentencing that hurts him..... JMHO and 30 plus years working in court system...
Unless, since it is California and guns are evil, they might make an example of him, but I doubt it
That will work in his favor.....
Agreed.....It is a lot easier to cut someone a little slack if they stand up and say they made a mistake....At any sentencing hearing, he will be contrite and as I said he is an actor....
It will be an interesting process before it is over.....
He'll walk away a free man but then he'll turn around and write a book on the happenings of the incident, make the New York Times 10 Best Book list making many more millions. 😡

A couple of issues I see here. They were not shooting a scene, just working out how to draw and cock the gun and what camera angle they wanted. So why would they need blanks? Even firing blanks at a person could be dangerous so the gun should have been completly empty.
Dang, now the idiot's are blaming republicans for the last round of charges.
But then we have become a country that takes no responsibility for their own actions.
He couldn't keep his pie hole shut.
He is just arrogant enough to end up in prison. It's too bad about the young armorer, but she had a job to do, she failed to do it, and someone died as a result.
I think in the long run he is his own worst enemy !!!! 🤐 That seems pretty hard as there certainly are many who do not care for him in general !!!!! 😮
IMO he compounded his problem by stating that he would never point a gun at someone and pull the trigger.
Don’t know how a jury will hear that, but I hear it as a man who has stated that he knew better and went ahead and did it anyway.
Seems a bit negligent.
Brad Steele
He is being tried in a democrat state in a very woke district, he will get off without doubt. The gun always done it in that area of NM.
MHO Smoky
He is guilty of involuntary manslaughter. The assistant armorer has cut a plea deal and will testify against Baldwin.
In these cases involving multiple defendants, "he who rats first, rats the best." There is a good chance that the DA will not accept a plea deal from Baldwin and the case will go to trial. Baldwin is facing serious jail time.
And the green-haired "armorer" is in more legal trouble than Baldwin is.
The victim is very sympathetic. A blonde lady with a good career and a 9 year old son, and Mr. Baldwin shot her right in the chest. It wont play well for the jury when the DA shows pics of the mom and the little boy. Also the DA will play the bodycam video of the attempted rescue, which I saw yesterday on tv, the Paramedics doing all their work as they watch the camera lady die, she laying there in a big pool of her own blood. Not pretty.
My other brother, not the 4WD tractor guy, is a hotshot lawyer in Atlanta. He was involved in a case several years ago, four gals were senior student nurses in Georgia. They were driving down I 16 early one morning to do clinical work at the big hospital in Savannah. They were stuck in a traffic jam, and an 18 wheeler plowed in to them from behind. All four girls were killed.
This case was settled out of court for an undisclosed sum, as Baldwin's case was, and I "happen to know" that the family of each victim received $15 million.
There is a good chance that Baldwin's lawyers settled this civil case for a similar sum.
He may be charged and go to court, but being a big time donor, conviction unlikely.
Even in the extremely rare case he is convicted, he will merely be slapped on the wrist plus he will be in high demand as an actor and profit greatly.
Hollywood being a collection of radical DEMOCRATs, Baldwin could end up with an Oscar.
I think he deserves a felony conviction, and I think he will get one. If this goes to trial Alec could get several years in the Pen.
Good Lord he must be shelling out millions for lawyers.
He should... but he won't...
I read lately
It's reported he skipped the mandatory firearms training that was given to the crew
That will not help him in court
But a suitcase full of money sure will
