I've had 4 of these already and think they are the best trucks on the market. I had Eco-Boost engines on the first 2 models but changes to the 5.0 V-* on the last 2 units because of lost gas mileage during winter/ cold weather. The problem is this past month I was going to trade again (every 2 years) but Ford did away with all the major incentive programs, so as to dramatically increase the price of the truck (almost twice the trade cost of my previous vehicle). I have since decided to wait on the purchase due to the trade cost and financing rates. I thought companies were trying to move inventory, but I guess I was WRONG on this one. Plus they told me it would take 4 months for a new delivery on 2023. Carry over 2022 trucks with no mileage was No Deal either. I don't think sales are going to be booming!!
There's gotta be one in the bunch. We're all talking about how much we love our F-150s (I have a 2014 Lariat with 125k) and he's going to throw shade with his 40 year old (most likely beat up) truck story. Sheesh. Oh well, good to see the forum hasn't changed while I've been gone.
I have a 2017 F-150 XL STX 3.5 4X4 ECO. Has 165,000 miles. Change the oil when the light comes on and never run anything but 87 octane 10% ethanol. I would have traded it due to miles a couple years ago but newer ones are hard to come by.
Ain't nothin' sweeter soundin' than a 239 flathead V-8 with headers through a pair of red Woodpecker glass packs. Well, maybe a Jake Brake on a four and a quarter going down a long grade holdin' back 80,000.

Thanks for the welcome backs, guys! Glad to see the old names still around!
I like that one but I think it will block the front camera.
Yep, 40 years have passed and still dumb, prolly still has a Carter sticker on his Yugo.

With a few thousandths shaved off the heads and all fed through a Weiand 6 pack... Damn I miss that old car!
My F150 was named “the big red dog” by my kids.
It was retired a few years ago, but solid truck no doubt.
stopped by our local Ford dealer today just to see what was on the lot ,
this one just came off the carrier and is probably presold
a few others
I needed parts for my Chevy so I googled junk yards in the area.. ended up at a Ford dealership..damn...
