They need to add a conf. box that says "your item will be shipped to the FFL you have set" to check

I swear.....people set up the FFL in their Gun Broker and they just completely forget where the heck they are having things sent. They'll go in three days after they've won and change the FFL without sending any messages or such to let us know its different.
I've got one guy right now that has THREE FFLs here. One was sent by the system....one by him....and a third was sent from his FFL. The kicker here is there are SIX different addresses on the three licenses. The premises and mailing addresses are all different on each FFL we have here. NUTS!
When the buyers check out there needs to be a little box that says "yes, I do want my firearm shipped to the provided FFL on my account" because this nonsense is totally out of control. If they don't check the box the FFL will not show up on their order....plain and simple.
That is the only thing I can think of that might help the craziness. Its at least one a week that goes in and switches their FFL without us knowing. We get emails most of the time when they want to change, but some people think they are dealing with robots and just go in and change it.
I still can't believe the nonsense here with the three FFLs this morning. Some days are just built for chaos.

Use that Gold Membership that you just paid $49 for, at least that way you will get some use out of it....
Why do the addresses matter? You only ship to the premise address on the FFL and not the mailing address,correct?

Actually....no. You can ship a firearm to any address an FFL holder gives you. It does not have to be on the FFL.

Yes. Neither the GCA nor its implementing regulations require firearms be shipped only to the licensed business premises. Therefore, a licensee may lawfully receive firearms at the licensee’s mailing address, storage location, or other address where the licensee intends to ensure safe and secure receipt of the firearms.
This particular nonsense was tipping the scales of insanity. I can see if you move and need to change your address....but three FFLs for one business and six addresses. It turned out to be one business with two locations and a third that closed, all within 10 miles of each other.
In December I won an auction for the first time in a long time. I picked an FFL close by and said I would send a check to the seller. I called the FFL and he said he was not accepting tranfers and GunBroker was dragging their feet about removing him from the system.
I emailed the seller and told him there would be a delay in payment because I couldn't use the FFL I had chosen. I found the next nearest dealer with a fair transfer fee, called him and he agreed to the transfer.
I printed out the information for the transfer dealer and sent it with the check and wrote on the print out USE THIS DEALER.
They sent it to the one in the system. They refunded $90 (shipping cost and 2x tranfer fee) but I still don't have my rifle. I know where it is, the man who has it knows where it's supposed to go and that I will pay him for his trouble, the man who is supposed to get it stopped by and tried to pick it up, no luck.
To top it off, it's a wallhanger that I bid on by mistake, thinking I had clicked on a rifle I had bid on before.

That is awful....that FFL should have refused the shipment if they are THAT unhinged about handling transfers.
So what is the resolution?
My complaint is that the users seem to think things operate like an automated website and every click they make assures things are handled.
Changing things mid stream doesn't give them a second thought because they don't realize all the steps that happen on the other end of the transaction.
If they had to actually "confirm" the FFL at the time of checkout it would prevent the automated part of the system sending over an FFL they might not intend to use.
Plus, if they click on some box confirming their pre-set FFL is where they want it to go at the time they checkout, I believe there is less of a chance they will alter things a day later.
