Bushes blooming, weird rose bush.

All my bushes started blooming today. That look amazing once they fully bloom.
I planted a rose bush for my wife, the day my son was born. It never bloomed until his 18th birthday. It never bloomed after that. 🤔. The bush will get green every year, and looks healthy, but won't produce any roses. Just that one time on his 18th birthday. What would cause this peculiar bush to do that???? Any arborist here???

Can you post a photo?
I had some rose bushs that never made roses.I moved them to back of the yard that I call the orphanage, where plants that don't do well are moved to.Seems every rose bush comes to life and thrives and makes plenty of roses when moved.I think, and I am by no means no expert, that the rose bushs were not getting enough sun and when they were moved they were getting plenty of sun and it let them grow as they should.
You are pruning, right?
Pretty sure you may have planted your rose bush too deep Oak. Many bushes are produced using grafts with a root system from one hardy type and the grafted upper part of the type that gives you the specific bloom.
Planting below the graft will cause the non-blooming problem.
Yes, I will try tomorrow after work
how many rose bushes do you have?
Roses need pruning, and fertlizing. A LOT of both.
I have grown roses in the past, but I don't now.
I have about 30,000 plants in my nursery.

one.
Yeah, I don't prune. LOL.
Years ago I test grew for Jackson and perkins . Got out of the hobby for about thirty years . Just started back last year with 19 plants . Going to expand the garden this year .
I have one old fashioned country rose that is a cutting off a rose on the old home place that dates back to the mid 1800's.
Plant a couple more
