Buyer non pay credit request?

I sold 2 items on 5/22/23. Buyer called me the same day and said he would call me back and pay for the items the next day via credit card. Since he said he would pay for them, I went ahead and packaged the items, printed a label, and marked them as paid and shipped. He never called me back to pay for the items. Since he never called me, I called him on 5/23/23 and I have sent him three emails and he has never responded. Since I marked the items as payment received, how to I get a credit request for both item #988024968 and item #987886264? Thank you.

Go to each item on your sold list, and on the right side of the page, click the green "more options" box. The third choice up from the bottom is "initiate credit request", click on that and follow the steps. You will need to leave the buyer "F" feedback on both items.
Why would you ever do that??? I don't ever marked anything paid, shipped or leave feedback, until I have the money in my grubby little hands.
You are a true gentleman and a very trusting person. We need more people like you, that do business the old fashion way, where a mans word or a handshake, is good as gold. We live in a different world today. I hope you get this resolved. Keep us informed as to how it turns out for you. God bless sir. Oakie
I did and it says: You cannot submit a credit request unless the order is canceled, returned or refunded. There is no way to cancel the order, or to refund it, and I never shipped it so it can't be returned.
Should I mark both itrems as returned and initiate a credit request? I did print a label, but I have not actually shipped the items.

I would contact GB support, and explain what happened, they are good, and will make things correct. It does take time, but it will get resolved. Leave F feedback on both items, listing the bidder as a Non Paying Bidder. This should help your cause with the mothership. I wouldn't list them as returned either, the bidder deserves the feedback they get, and should be public for future sellers. Good luck.
AS TOAD SAID--It will get resolved and that is the ONLY WAY.
Thanks. I have contacted them and I am waiting for a response.
If you have, or are planning to sell a few items here on GB, it might be worth the $50/year to become a gold member. You have instant, or close to it, chat with the GB staff.
