I ordered a set of 9mm dies and some Glock parts this morning and received a tracking number and ship notice a couple of hours later. They have always given me excellent service. Shipping was free by the way.

Glock parts? Don
Always had/have excellent results when I order from them.
Another good thing is that they are the largest sponsor for youth shooting programs like Scholastic Clay Target Shooting, SCTP. This is the program that our local high school teams participate in. Bob
Yes, Glock Parts. And if you have all 34 of them you can then assemble them and have the finest defensive handgun known to man.
A lot of places automatically print a shipping label and send notice. Sometimes actual shipping can be 10 days later.
I need to look at them again, I always thought the shipping charges were excessive but maybe I am wrong.
Or you could buy a 1911 and have a real mans gun
I get email notices from them quite often for free shipping if order is over around $49 but this is usually on holidays weekends or for only a short period of time..
Some of their items, some scopes for example are free shipping.
You might look at subbing to their email notices about sale items, etc.
I spent a lot of money with Midway back when I was reloading. Always top notch service.

I bought a lot of reloading stuff from Midway, too, back in the day. In their early years all orders were free shipping and, of course, no sales tax. Pre internet, a phone call and CC and your order was on its way. I prefered to buy local but often not available locally.
Another thing I've found is that if you put an item in your cart, and wait a few days to order it, I will almost always get an offer for free shipping over $49.
Bought a lotta Herters stuff years ago. Still using some of it.
I have spent a small fortune at Midway in the last 30 years.
I would wait to add things up for the free shipping on small items.
I happen to want two items, knew their sale price, free shipping came and the sale price jumped on both items
Wut?
Rubbed me the wrong way. Shop very little now there
Computers make it easy to hike then drop prices across the system. I am sure others do it to but I don't have to like it

How do you take a group of Glock parts and make them into a Sig Sauer? 😁

No matter how hard you try, a Glock won’t shoot itself.
I have sold a lot of Sig's and shot a few too. There is a big blue Sig Armorers Manual on a shelf here in my office they gave me upon completing a three-day course years ago. I have owned two that I can remember but never planned to keep either. They are fine guns but if I have to grab a semi auto pistol to save my life, I will choose a Glock. Too many thousands of rounds through a lot of different Glocks without one single problem.
Why then are you ordering Glock parts, someone else having trouble with theirs ?

He said never a single problem, it always happens in multiples. Don
No matter how hard you try and hide it Glock leg is a reality
I, BTW, am referring to Sig classic metal pistols not the plastic American designs
Sig, kind of like a Glock but for men

I have heard it said, "Ignorance is bliss". If one remembers to keep one's weapon pointed in a safe direction and to keep one's finger off the trigger, well it is a lot for some to remember. Perhaps one should purchase one of those Phoenix pistols. They have so many safeties they are difficult to shoot at all.
You do realize there are no safeties on DA/SA Sigs although that does emphasize your comment "Ignorance is bliss"
There was never a period in the history of American LE where officers shot themselves in the leg with regularity until when?
When the marketing genius (Gaston Glock) gave away Glocks to LE agencies, yup, it was about budgets not quality
All sudden like legs were in danger everywhere. While Glocks get the rep fact is striker fired guns are easier to ND by nature of the trigger. Glock, Sig P320 any make it is easier to ND.
I love the "Proper training" excuse but it is not possible to properly train to accurately shoot the first DA round on a Sig.
I agree in competition, practicing, plinking etc the DA is never great. However in high stress adrenaline popping situations there is no difference between 12LB pull and 2 LB pull with the added benefit of the DA making it far less likely under duress you take a shot you never meant to.
WE are blessed to be able to buy and shoot whatever we choose so whatever you think is right for you is the right choice.
I have owned and shot every brand (not every last model) and have done so extensively eliminating every brand.
I might have gone to a CZ system but as I age the ease of the SIG classic take down and the fact the grip surface to rack a CZ is so small made the P228/229 the best choice after I gave everything else a chance including Glock
To me a Glock is like a Hyundai. Good car but personally I drive an E350 coupe. Nothing wrong with a Hyundai I just want something better. (Yes I have owned a number of Glocks, yawn)

Remember, there is nothing free in life, that does not come at a price......
Three days? Was it a correspondence course?
How long would it have been if you used the glock parts???
I have done a little buying on Midway, but mostly I go to the Old original, Brownell's.
Most of the forum members here probably do not fly fish - I do. Midway had a special promotion on a 3 weight combo a short while back - I got one - I wasn't over-joyed that there was no rear reel seat on the handle but a zip-tie made sure it was secure. Best Regards - AQH

About half a day!
i bought lots of shooting things from them the last 4 years. comparative pricing on box or bulk items, but do so when its a free shipping or reduced shipping period. never have i been disappointed in either quality or service. oh the free shipping over 49 [or 75] occurs about every 5 weeks
I shop there once in a while. The advantage I have is they are about 30 minutes from my place. Call in an order and pick it up the same day !
