Of course, mermaids live in the ocean, and they swim up the Mississippi. Little known is that they take a right at Cairo and swim the Ohio. Then they turn right into the Tennessee River, and then swim up the French Broad River in the NC mountains, and so we have Mermaids in Marshall. That is the story.
Yesterday we had the Mermaid Parade.
