Not for resale just shooting and relaibility
The Beretta 92FS or the Browning HP P-35?
I have had both and shot both a bunch and IMO the Beretta is the better gun but I am not putting down the BHP.

I prefer the Browning, just feels a bit better to me.
For Pete's sake Sam! You could ignite another '1911 vs Glock' style war here!
I think a Glock will out live them both.
I like the H.P. but I think the 92 is a better gun.
H.P.
Shooting,,, the Beretta, get a Italian one .
hate to admit it, but I agree with Ricci.............
I am with Ricci too.
Beretta 92FS. It just feels right. Accurate and reliable, too.

It certainly won't rust away. 😁

Mine is USA made but its an older one with the steel guide rod. I have boocoo magazines so its the one I will keep. I think I am ging to keep the BHP too, its a military gun made in Belgium but with all the new ones coming out and older surplus guns they don't bring what they did unless its a commercial one that is really good looking.
Of all the Double stack 9mms out there the 2 best in the hand have to be the BHP followed closely by the CZ-75. I have had both and they are both great shooters.
My HP is a Springfield Armory and not a soft shooting 9mm, but very well built. I have never shot the Beretta, but Martin Riggs made it look easy in Lethal Weapon.
Better? well imo, yea. I had two Italian ones and sold one to Ricci, plus an American one and just what I have shot the Italian was MUCH better in grouping than the American version. I have had in my hand the latest one made in TN. I think? and seems "new" style and not for me.
My 92 has a horrible trigger and its been shot a lot. I am going to put a spring kit in it and new grips maybe I will like it better. My BHP has the mag safety removed so the trigger is better but its hard to feel the reset and it is kind of mushy.
I think the 92 is going to win with me, I'll miss the BHP but not that much.
Sam, I did the Langdon Tactical trigger job on my 92FS and it went from great to something special. Maybe that same trigger upgrade will work on yours. If so...do it. You won't regret it.

Of all my handguns, if I'm shooting a pistol in a plinking session, I would rather shoot my BHP than any other pistol I have because it so perfectly fits my hand and is just plain fun to shoot.
Would I choose my BHP if things went sideways and the poop hit the fan?? I'm not sure. I don't ever remember it jamming and it is extremely accurate so it would seem like a good choice but maybe I would choose one of my 357 revolvers instead.
Don't know anything about the Beretta.
Ooooh, I want this one. SOOOOOO Pretty. I would have a clear plastic chest holster made and open carry.
It is for sale on the auction side. Beretta 92X Performance 92X-BERETTA-92X-BERETTA-92X-BERETTA-92X-92X 15RD - Semi Auto Pistols at GunBroker.com : 986669776

All kidding aside, I have sold a couple of the 92X Pro's recently and they are the best Beretta 92's I have handled. The trigger, the Vortec, the sights all are excellent.
