Found these two pups running down the road Tuesday. No collar but they are clean and look like they have been well cared for . Local shelter is full so I am fostering them till next Tuesday and looking for their people. Might wind up having to keep them

Thank you for taking them in. They sure are cute.
Good for you. Make sure you post them on Facebook. If you don't use Facebook ask a neighbour who does to put them on the Neighborhood Watch page.

Good job!
Look like Mutt & Jeff.
Facebook can find the owners if they are looking
good on you cute new members to your family
we are suckers when it comes to strays or dumped off animals
we have been adopted owners of a few dogs that showed up and never found the owner over the years
and way more cats I lost count a long time ago . matter of fact we had a feral cat show up maybe two months ago hanging arond the out buildings and a few weeks she popped out three kittens I happened to find while cleaning up some old boxes but they were only a couple weeks old so our plan was to get them . but she then moved them that night and I found them again living in a huge brush pile we have . so much for burning the brush pile for now
next up I have to live trap them then off to the vet before we are over run with cats 😲 17 is the running total with the latest additions 😫
oh just to round off the total over the last two weeks I have seen a couple young ground hogs and very young opossum and a young racoon. who all are taking advantage of my cat food and dog food and getting costly thanks to the moochers.
but my kindness does not go that far for much longer 😐️
Still looking for their people. They are growing on me and the wife. Finances dictate that I cannot keep them but I wish it was otherwise .A neighbor has expressed an interest in them .
Have had a lot of Facebook action but I am beginning to think that the owners may be older and don't do Facebook
Sadly I had to carry them in to the shelter today. Acvirding to person there it is extremely likely thst a rescue group will get them Friday. At any point they are going to try to keep them together when placed Small dogs are desirable, big dogs not so much around here . They have an overabundance of pits and pit cross types .
It was a hard and difficult decision . My heart hurts .

Yep, what austin said
You gave them and helped them on the way to find a forever home
Feel good about it knowing you did a big part of saving them
One reason I well (we) can't visit a shelter unless we are truly looking for a buddy as we have done in the past
Otherwise I would have a difficult time walking out the door empty handed
At least they are safe and out of harms way! You did good pulsarnc!
Great for you. I wish there was a hell for people who dump animals IF that is the case. My pet peeve and it could be so prevented if people would spay or neuter critters. They are looking for some love for sure.
Small, young dogs as cute as this get adopted pretty quickly. Good job.
You have done an amazing...wonderful....sweet thing for those puppies. I'm sure they will be spoiled rotten at their next home. Thank you!!!!
I checked with the shelter today . They were taken by a rescue group on last Friday.
Good news. They will get adopted out and have a good home I'm sure. You did your part in making this happen and doing what you could within your ability. You are good folk, my friend.
It would be great if someone took them both as they seem to be attached, from the picture.
