Need some advice about a concealed carry holster for my wife. She has her CWP.
The problem I'm having is how my wife is built. She is 5'6", 122 lbs. with a flat stomach. I just don't see how an inside the belt type holster will work. There isn't enough of her to hide the holster.
She would use it most often when walking for exercise. When she walks her clothing choices tend to be shorts and a tucked in T shirt. If cooler she wears yoga pants and long sleeves.
I keep looking at concealed carry holsters and just don't see them working. I'm thinking either a fanny pack or one of those wide elastic belt type situations with a pouch for the pistol.
I don't like the fanny pack (worn in the front) because, to me, it screams a place for your pistol. The elastic belt/pouch seems like the best???? but I can't seem to find a petite woman's size.
So what works for your wives?? What works for you women members of GB??
I'm very proud of how my wife looks as I like the lean athletic body type and she is so very healthy with her body weight and very proper diet, no sugar, high veggie intake, small proportions, she is like a poster child for a healthy life style, I should look so healthy. But as I said There isn't much of her to hide her pistol.
I'm ready for your thoughts and recommendations!! Thanks everyone!!

Both of these women have some ideas. They both have many videos with some good information. Maybe have your wife watch them.
Wife does not carry, but I do and prefer an outside the belt Bill Jordan holster. That requires an over shirt, or other cover. Vests also say shoot here first.
crap, did it again, faster than the computer. That is how I draw too.🤗
What kind of blaster will she carry?
Another problem my wife has is she is always VERY tastefully dressed. There ain't going to be a vest, large shirt and so on. That is not "stylish"!!😂
My wife is actually a tiny bit lighter and taller than yours. She carries a Sig P238 with an IWB holster with no issues. It's an Azula holster with only one clip, carries front right appendix. Very soft leather.
Mainly depends on which gun she has, you didn't say.
Only issues she ever has is if she reaches up, her shirt lifts and you see the weapon.
Well I have carry troubles because of how I'm built lol. When I walk it's in my pocket (.38 special) I've been known to put in my bra don't tell and for every day carry it's in the special pocket on the back of my purse. Because of a health problem I have put weight on in the stomach.... So it's made it difficult to carry on my person. I have seen a holster that looks like a cellphone case...

@Lady Rae beat me to the cellphone case. If she carries a small auto & would wear a loose blouse, they make a holster that clips to the bottom of a bra. I'll bet that Jim D never noticed my wife carries this way.

Lady Rae, with all due respect, that brings a whole new meaning to 38 special. 🤣
I got a nice couple of purses on Amazon. Justin West

Sometimes we can't have cake and eat it too. A wardrobe adjustment is easier than finding a holster that suits what she's been wearing.
Flashbang?
I could hide a sawed off double barrel!!! I'm build like a Russian Babushka. The cool kids are wearing fanny packs across the front of their chests these days....so that might be an option. Carry purses, special undergarments, there are all sorts of options out there. She has to figure out first what matters more to her.....how it is carried or WHAT she is carrying.
I talked to the women owners of the flash bang holsters some years back at shot show. I ordered two and gave them to the two women who worked for me in the gun shop at that time. They both hated them so I did not stock them.
In answer to the "What will she be carrying?", it will be a Ruger LCR in a 22 Mag.
Our daughter is a clothes horse. Loves her expensive clothes and bags but you do of course know you can only be seen in an outfit so many times?? (The princess is so infuriating!!) Since Mom and daughter are the same size, my wife dresses like a diva for free!!
Anyway the purse is out because it wouldn't be a "designer" bag so Momma wouldn't wear it.
There are many many bags to choose from.....

For that little snubby and her frame size the Sticky holster will work great. I use one for a Taurus snubby. It uses body heat & friction to keep it in place. It was recommended to me by a female gun shop person who was actually using it. And you can use it in a pocket too. I’ve never had the gun move either. Hate saying this but carrying a gun is a lifestyle choice and you may have to alter your clothing just a touch. Meaning sometimes going up one size to accommodate an iwb holster. I also recommend iwb holsters that use the Ulti Clip for people who carry wearing stuff like yoga pants or sweats. You don’t need a belt to make the Ulti Clip lock on. Galco makes a belly band holster but I’ve seen mixed reviews on it.
