You got it. The federal agency I worked for would not appeal a loss involving a rule or regulation, unless they were pretty sure the District decision was likely to be overturned. An agency loss on appeal broadens the application of the District decision.
I have seen only if your a member of the groups who filed the suit like GOA AND firearms coalition are covered and one more group but not nation wide and everyone is still under the rule of being a felon
I have herd that congress is suppose to take it to the floor on tuesday for a vote
I think it's going to end up at the SCOTUS
So sad some judge would not step up and block it for every one
I have also heard about 250k gave in and regesterd theirs with the BATF
Good luck selling or crossing state lines
their is Suppose to be 30 to 40 million in public hands Per the gun rights geoups and company's that sold them estimates
But the BATF in their arguments say only 3 million are out their

McCarthy is holding up a bill going through that will cut the ATF's powers.
Write him a letter , call his office , and then demand the Repubs dump him

yep about three years after I destroyed mine and lost my $ 100.00 and countless others did the same and companies went bust and dealers lost thousands ( or wrote it off I hope ) they decide their legal and ATF and trump were wrong
