Definite new user here. I'm hoping to sell a rifle on GunBroker but want to ask if a newbee can do that? I've listed and sold a lot of things on eBay and understand the differences in selling a firearm, such as needing to ship to an FFL all. But it appears most people listing firearms for sale on GunBroker already have a LOT of reviews from previous sales. Can listing a rifle for sale be one of the first things I do here?
Welcome to the forums. Good luck with your gun sale. It is perfectly acceptable to sell a rifle as your first offering. If you would like to come back to the forums here with a link to your listing that is encouraged. There are many buyers here and self promotion of GB auctions are a good thing.
Some will die in hot pursuit
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
It'll be a Browning A-Bolt II Stainless Stalker in 300 Win Mag. I hunted with it for a number of years here in the Colo mountains and now that I needed to photograph it I see more scuffs than I realized:-(
Welcome Coloradoguy_2! Another option for selling a firearm here is to let someone else do it for you. My wife sold one of her handguns a while back through member Locust Fork. It was super easy and all above board. You should contact her! Just click on her name below and you can send her a message.
I am a "NOOB" to the forum, but not to the auction site. I hope to learn more about firearms as well as forum and auction site operations.
I am an avid firearms shooter/collector, hoping to return to competitive shooting, now that working for a living is somewhat less of an issue. Anyone with common interests is welcome to make contact.

Hello, thought I might check it out here. I'm curious about a couple things that I'm not sure where to post the question about it. Is it ok here to DM a mod and ask about something that I'm not sure about even after reading the posting guidelines?

Been on Broker for several years . Shoot a lot of Trap&Skeet . Hunting days are pretty much over . Do all my own reloading for everthing . Very fun and extreamly expensive hobby . Just thought i'd be nosey and look in . Have a great day off to the Skeet range .
Welcome, Ace! Lottsa trap and skeeters around here. You'll find somebody to talk to. If you have any tall tales or know anything about drillin' holes smaller we're all ears when it comes to those kind of things.
I guess I should introduce myself, huh? Hi! I go by "Dracon" online. The prefix "Not" in my handle came about as a way to try and differentiate my handle from the millions of others who also chose Dracon as their IDs. The monster girl I use as my icon is a sort of mascot for me, one I've been using as a sort of "online persona" for about… 15 years now? Wow. She's etched onto the mags for my PCC, if that gives you an idea of how much she means to me.
Anyway, I might not last long here, to be honest. Those who've had the apparent displeasure of getting to know my personal opinions here have… well, let's not mince words here. I seem to believe in the total opposite of whatever the dominant zeitgeist is in these forums. But! I'm nothing if not tenacious, sometimes against my better judgement. I'm gonna ride this out until I tire of trying to fit in here, or get banned. Either or.
I've been into guns for a good while but only became an owner of them a little more than a year ago and have dived deeper since. I don't work anything related to guns right now but I'm a mechanical engineering graduate that's been toying with the idea of gunsmithing and has a fair amount of practical experience in the realm of tinkering.
Welcome Bernie- Some of us are “new” and some have been here 20+ years.
I like to think of it as a place kinda like sitting next to a campfire with friends.
Please feel welcome and jump in the conversation!
