Nice quality, real stag scales, file work on spine. It's in a leather sheath, not shown. The only mark on it is the trademark shown.
Same same with the folder. It has abalone scales.
I have hunted for this trademark with no success. Any help appreciated.
Dawnie won them as part of a raffle prize, same time I won the SIG P365. We very well may donate them to the silent auction at the Audie Murphy Museum's Heritage Dinner, but we need to know what to call them and what they are worth.
Thanks!!!

Well, I don't know who made them, but that logo looks like a rip-off of the Master Chef logo. You can see some examples of it here:
Maybe it was a really early version of it? But so far as I know, they don't make folding knives.

Perhaps they were made for an entity that uses the circle M logo.
Or is it a 3 ??
Their logo is very different.
I have seen that on some knives from China
I'm thinking custom made. Most knives I see have the country of origin stamped on them. These have nothing.
They are not from China.
I agree with you nunn that they are custom made. There are a plethora of very good knife makers out there and finding the exact maker can be next to impossible.
HAH! A friend found it, right in our back yard!
Mullis Knives. Handmade. Nice. Most I've seen were selling for $150-200.
Nice find. I'm sure you thanked your friend. Good deal.
Yes. And I have communicated with the Mullis family. Nice folk.
The two knives I have sell for $200 each. They will make a nice donation to the museum's silent auction.
You know for an ornery retired old fart, you're a good man sir!😁 Bob
I'm working on becoming a curmudgeon.
Glad you figured this out! They do look like nice knives.
