Does Colorado law require a firearm seller shipping to their State to have a FFL or go thru an FFL.?. A FFL on both ends that is.

That should be detailed in the Colorado state website. Longguns and handguns may have different regs.

Had to educate myself on Oregon law but not Colorado. Seems like Colorado going off the rails too. Kevin is correct on ATF. I believe some states seem to think they trump federal law. ( states rights????? ) Lot of times states just copy wording from ATF.
Here in NY State our new governor defies the US Supreme Court.
Watched the video about ATF using a Algorithm to punish honest, respectable FFL dealers and pull their license. Disgusting!

Kevin, Colorado may have different requirements than ATF. NM requires all transfers, in or out of state, to go through an FFL. Some of them do.
Sorry for the long post, but @He Dog brought up a good point about Anti-American, 2A-hating State gun restrictions. Here's what I found for Colorado:
RIFLES
Prohibited:
Rifles that come with over a 15 round capacity magazine from the manufacturer.(Does not include .22LR tube-fed rifles or tubular magazines contained in a lever action rifle of any caliber.*)SHOTGUNS
Prohibited:
A fixed, tubular shotgun magazine that holds more than 28 inches of shotgun shells, including any extension device that is attached to the magazine and holds additional shells.*Shotguns that come with a non-tubular, detachable magazine, box, drum, feed strip, or similar device that is capable of accepting more than 8 shotgun shells when combined with a fixed magazine.*HANDGUNS
Prohibited:
Handguns that come with over a 15 round capacity magazine from the manufacturer.ACCESSORIES/AMMUNITION
Prohibited:
Magazines exceeding 15 rounds.A non-tubular, detachable magazine, box, drum, feed strip, or similar device that is capable of accepting more than 8 shotgun shells when combined with a fixed magazine.*Denver and Denver County Restrictions
RIFLES
Prohibited:
All semi-automatic, centerfire rifles with a detachable magazine with a capacity of fifteen (15) or more rounds.SHOTGUNS
Prohibited:
All semi-automatic shotguns with a folding stock or a capacity of more than six (6) rounds OR both.HANDGUNS
Prohibited:

From everything I have read I need to go thru a Wisconsin FFL to ship the shotgun to the Colorado FFL.
If the shotgun isn't in one of the prohibited categories, you as an individual can ship it directly to a FFL in Colorado.

Follow up: Kevin, you are correct the Colorado FFL finally told me today that I can ship the lever action rifle to him without a FFL on my end. All is well here in Wisconsin 😊
Remember as you go on, that FFL's can and do make up their own rules, sometimes requiring more than the law.
