Why not just trade it for a S&W???
Just use a rattle can of matte black paint. Don't forget to do the grips and when you are done it will almost look tacticool! Bob

Gold spray paint= Pimp gun
Hit it with some 80 grit first so the paint will really stick.
Would be a nice companion for my 8" Python........I'll watch the auction. 😎(even though I've an extra 6" barrel)
A fairly competent engraver should be able to blend in that scratch on the side just above and to the rear of the trigger.
On the other hand, that Magna-Porting (?) just under the front site and along the top of the barrel does look pretty cool.

Cut the barrel back to about two inches grind off the sights so they don't get hung up when pulling it out of your pocket
Dont forget grind off the serial number Just in case
.. then a plain flat black non glare rattle can finish
Oh tape the grips up like they did in the godfather movie . to hide your finger prints now DNA may be a bit more difficult

Before the camo add a few nicks and gouges. They will add character and greatly increase it's value.
Folks I was at a gun auction a couple years ago. Several Pythons of various types.
