Whipped this up this morning for my daughter Heather, the horse lady. Some scraps and a broom stick. A little on rough side but functional and hand made in USA by Ray to carry some of her horse accessories.
Heather invited me upstate Saturday and Sunday. Saturday we go to flea market and Sunday to a Gun Show.
Don't think they will repeal the 2A on my watch or Heathers.
I miss my sweetheart Diane and little Willie so much. Hope getting away will help. -------------Ray

Great job. She’s going to love it. My dad had made me some tool chests that I still use today in my workroom. These are the kind of gifts that stay in the family and are cherished.
Looks good.
And, the pictures are right side up to boot.
Well done.

Ray, are you sure you didn't go to the kids, "home depot building project day"???? Just kidding with you sir. Very nice. I'm sure you daughter will appreciate it. These are the gifts that we all admire and appreciate from our parents. This post, actually made my day that much better😉😊. Thank you for sharing. Oak.
I bought our niece a tool box & a set of tools for her HS graduation. She didn't understand until she moved into her college dorm. Those tools were very popular with all the girls.
Very nice, Ray.
Ray.......nice pics!👍
My daughter......Heather......is a Rottweiler lady.🥰
Had a great week end. Tool box made it to my daughters barn. Flea market/yard sale was in Stamford, NY in
Delaware, County. SIL had permit and all fee's were donated to local fire company. This is a annual huge event so if you are ever in that area give it a try.
Gun show was great. Did not expect show this large or good in this area. Took place in Unadilla, NY which is out passed Oneonta, NY.
This is a annual event and folks come from all over. Saw quite a few 99's , A5's, and Enfields. Nice lot of air rifles. I would say prices on older rifles and shot guns were reasonable. Saw one really nice L C Smith .410, but too deep for my pocket $7,500. Quite a bit of muzzle loading supplies and firearms. Lots of non-gun related stuff which is to be expected now days but really not junky. Not one 37 Win or parts that i was looking for, however. Tons and tons of ammo. I would say it was pretty much all over priced !!!!!!!!! A very large area and quite a bit was covered also. A big gun club. I was exhausted after finishing the rounds. Really surprised and it was worth the trip.
Several nearby fields (a beautiful area) had bill boards at the edge near timberline that said "Hochul must go" The 2A is alive and well in this area.
I am creating a separate Topic on what i call my rare find at the Gun Show. ----------------------Ray
Just a side note, Ray. After my back issues, a belt was painful. I re-discovered suspenders and now wear them almost daily. I'm not sure if they are badge of geezerhood or not, and I don't care. (Which is also a sign of geezerhood, I suppose.)
I think it was back in the 80s or maybe early 90s that suspenders were all the rage among the "Hip" set. I remembered having a few and darned if I didn't still have them. Even a silk "dress" set. These days, I get them from SuspenderStore. com.
Rocky, I have major back issues also. I get a little relief by wearing the suspenders instead of belt. Us old farts need all the help we can muster. ---------------------Ray
Ray, I don't think you live too far from Ol woodshed, (Roger). in upstate NY. Now the name of his town escapes me. Yup, getting old too. I will post it when I remember. Oak
Oakie, I live in Monroe which is in Orange County. It is very near where Ken use to live in Greenwood Lake. Lake is large and is in both NY and NJ.
My daughter lives in Stamford which is in Delaware County over two hours from me. Beautiful country. All farming and lots of dairy cows.
The gun show was in Unadilla which is in Otsego County around 20 miles from Oneonta where all the kids go to college. Lots of Indian names in NY State.---------------------------------Ray
I believe it is 'Pitcher'
