What's your latest purchase from the auction side?
I finally added a CZ 75 to my collection.
I picked up a CZ 75 SP01 Tactical used on a make an offer type auction. I got it for $479 + shipping, tax, and FFL transfer.

I had a CZ Scorpion but traded it to a friend for a set of Method Jeep wheels. I've always wanted to try a CZ 75 in the past but never got around to it.
Shooting in my backyard, I require my handguns to have a holster. However, I wanted to shoot this one before investing in accessories. I had a feeling my T-Rex Arms Ragnarok Flashlight holster would work for it and it did. These WML holsters size off the flashlight instead of the gun. This holster was made for a Glock 19 and a Surefire X300U-A light.
Last week I shot 4 mags through and have to say I'm impressed by the DA trigger pull. I was easily able to hit my 10 inch gong repeatedly in DA out to 25yds, dropping the hammer each time. The single action pull is nice and crisp too. It's a big heavy gun and I don't think I will try concealing it.
The weight of this gun reminds me the Beretta 92FS I owned in the past. I think the CZ is even heavier.
Will it replace my lightweight Glock 43X with 15 & 20rd mags for CCW? No but it is a nice shooter.

So what is your more recent purchase from the auction side?
Not here yet - already have a CZ-75 in the obsolete 40 S&W caliber - Best Regards - AQH
Italian replica of a Hawken percussion. Made by a small shop around 1980 or so. Before that, a Harpers Ferry flintlock, also a replica. I want to shoot them, not admire them. Though I will admire them if they shoot well.
Picked up a nice metric Fal with a 2006 DSA DS prefix serial numbered forged upper receiver on an Imbel kit.
Lower receiver and rest of rifle look to be possibly unfired and unissued.

I didn't even get it home. MY FFL had to have it. 😐️
Model 1865 1st Allin Conversion trapdoor Springfield in .58 Gov't Rimfire. Only made for one year; only 5005 made. I have one. Posted in the "Wanted" forum that I'm seeking an empty casing so I can make up a dummy round just to show folks what it fired. (Shameless plug!)
A box of 270 Weatherby Ammo
It's been a while but the last thing I purchased was 1000 small rifle primers

I’m trying to buy a pistol right now, for me it’s expensive ($2,500) and being sold used and described “as new” in the description.
This is a particular race gun is a CZ called a Parrot & in the photos it appears to be missing the compensator & optic, which it would come with from the factory. I have emailed the seller with no response so far.
No communication = no bid on my end.
If this doesn’t go through this will be the third time I’ve tried to buy a used Parrot and it hasn’t worked out. Maybe I just need to break down and go new.
Didja at least make a nice profit?
Winchester model 47 bolt sleeve.
Last purchase was a Marlin 38-55 I think. I can't remember every gun I bought on here.
.404 jeffery ammo
Yea, I guess. I owe him and we have a great working relationship so what the HEL is one firearm. I have my sights on another thing already though. 🤐
And I got a disagree for MY decision, geez, what a deal. Kind of like when I had an item for sale and (someone") said they could make it better and cheaper and shoved me in the back. Tacky at best- imo-- Guess it comes with the territory which I will frequent less often.
ruger sp101 in 32H&R mag just be cause it had great price did i need it no 🙄
S/S Ruger "old" Vaquero in 45 Colt. Now I have a pair of them
My last purchase was a Steven's Little Scout .22 rifle ( I think it's more of a falling block)

Check out that guy's feedback as a buyer - basically 5 F's and 2 C's all for non-paying bidder. I would not trust him as he has proven to not be a man of his word.
That was a pretty one!
That seller has some nice guns. A little bit of everything.
Nice one Rae!
I received this rifle back in March.......from the same folks as yours.
It's a custom Sako L461 in 6X47(222 Magnum case). With its 19.5"barrel.....it will make a very light coyote calling rifle. Just have get some nice matte Conetrol rings and bases, to mount a matte Leupold 3-9XAO Compact scope.
I think I'll enjoy it. 😎
last week Savage Rascal 22LR Single Shot for the Grand kids
last 90 days
200 rounds 38 spl
200 rounds 223 sp
100 rounds 7mm-08
scope mount
A Ruger LCP in 380, in purple no less. Out the door at my FFL for under $190. Looks new.
My pastor informed me it was the gayest looking gun he had ever seen.😁
My excuse was I bought this Ruger for my wife but even though she has her CWP, she prefers carrying her pink colored Mace container so My Purple People Shooter is in my pocket as I type this.😂

That's a beautiful rifle. The barrel looks longer than 19.5" in the pics. You might consider trying to locate some original Sako rings to fit that dove tail receiver. I found some for one of my Sakos.
A genuine Bushmaster AR15 upper in 450 Bushmaster.
Very nice! I hope you got at least 4 grand for it. I would have really hated to let that one go. Beautiful.
Latest buy was 3500 rounds of CCI Stingers. About $8/box delivered whereas Walmart has them for $10/box out the door. Very pricey but all my semi-autos function fine with them, even my Bersa Thunder 22 which is the pickiest gun I have ever had. The trees are loaded with green walnuts right now and I took a granddaughter out yesterday plinking. We really liked the way walnuts explode when hit squarely with a Stinger. We were using my Marlin Model 25 bolt gun which I bought here in '19. We shot it very accurately, even with the open sights.
Thank you Ambrose!
Although I already have some good old medium factory Sako rings......on a light custom L461 action setup, I feel they are a bit large/clunky looking on the short L461(better suited for the longer/larger L579 or L61R actions). Besides.........the older vintage Sako rings were not available with a matte finish.
Yep......Sakos are my thing too.👍😎
S&W 9mm M&P Shield easy slide.
It is a great shooter. Much better trigger than the Kel-Tec Sub 2000. I put a Holosun dot sight on it and was shooting clay pigeons at 75+ yards the last trip to the range.
Just hit the buy it now button for a CVA Scout TD in 44 mag. I have a ton of 44mag ammo should make a nice backpack gun that I already have plenty of ammo for.
Does that seller have any more? I have a lower that would pair well with that.

Nope. Just checked. I spent probably 2 years using the search function for a quality AR upper in 450 BM. This came up and I was sure it was going to go over my budget. I was shocked when I got it for under $400 shipped. I have no real use for it. Just wanted it.
Casey sold mine a complete rifle and it didn't bring 400.00 and it had a very nice drop in trigger none of my AR's done very well at least the lever guns picked up the slack
My most recent --- out of a total of seven --- "BSA Century Match Rifle" --- a bull barreled 22 rimfire bolt rifle.
I really like my CZ 75 compact I bought on the auction side back in 2021. Great features and fits me very well. Although not my latest purchase, that was an old Stevens model 46 in excellent shape that I plan to give to my grandson.
Here's a couple targets from last week at 40 feet through the CZ. I am struggling to see my sights with my current glasses, so hopefully my groups will improve when the new ones arrive next week.
1953 K22 Combat Masterpiece, pre model 18.

And another one:
I've been looking for an older left hand Savage, Winchester, or Remington bolt action with iron sights in 308 or 30-06 and happened on this one. It needs a new recoil pad put on it. There's a local gunsmith that does pretty good work from what I've seen.
Any recommendations for 30-06 Deer Cartridges? Bullet weight?
Drops, I have had excellent luck with plain jane Speer 150 to 165 grain soft points loaded over imr4350 powder . Usually around 57 grains of powder. Soft shooting and accurate in every 06 i own
