Been beautiful here for the last week or so, upper 60's-70 or so and sunny. Middle of next weeks highs are in the upper 30's and lows in the single digits.

We're supposed to get 1-3 inches of snow and temps of 20 degrees Wednesday morning. Of course, that's the day we're scheduled to trailer 3 beef to the butcher. Could be interesting gettin' 'em down the hill.
Ditto to it coming here.
Slow and easy- @NeoBlackdog
It hasn't been cold enough to make a hard freeze in the MidWest. Pretty close this morning but only made some frost on the windshield.
We have 50% chance of snow on Wednesday. Can’t wait! Not really. 😫
Huh???!!!........two days ago it was 94 degrees here!!🥵
Come'on Fall!!........although we usually only get 2-3 weeks of it.🙄
Here, it is 27 degrees as I write this. Our Fall colors have been beautiful but the lack of sunny days and a lot of rain has made the viewing not what it was meant to be. A friend took this picture a couple days ago in the near twilight hour.
Just one more pic from yesterday from my niece.

I'm scared spitless that we'll get some heavy, wet snow with $50K in soybeans still not harvested. Rain predicted for the next week is going to cause a lot of heartburn and high blood pressure.
Just rechecked our weather for today. Says heavy snow starting at 9 AM! 😲
Where are ya, @Brookwood ?
Northern Utah will have three storms this week, the biggest on Thursday, they say. This is the week of rifle deer season, which opened Saturday to mid 70s and blue skies. The first two storms won't be much, only dropping the temps a bit. Possible snow and certain rain Thursday.
Did yard work cleanup and trim this weekend and will get the fall fertilizer on the lawn Wednesday in anticipation of a good soaking in. That's about the extent of my agricultural work.
Neo, northern lower Michigan. The snow never came and I am happy about that!
Just spoke with #1 son, who conversed Sunday with an outfitter friend who has a back country spike camp in the Absarokas, south and west of Cody Wyoming and the snow as they were getting camp out last week was over 24”.
This time last year same area, same time had around a foot, but was -10 to -20 .
But it is a magical place to chase wapiti and dodge grizzle bears.

It's still fall. Fall has transition weather; some of it warm, some of it cold. It's been a beautiful fall here and will continue as the snow starts to fly this week.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Calling for 12"-16" for us for Wednesday morn. Here we goooooo
Do you use Bozeman for your forecast?
yep, local news channel.
Oh yeah? Austin!
Take that!
Yeah, we can run, but we can hide from the weather!
I just saw the first snowflakes of the year flutter down from the Heavens, 35° and calm. If it'd hold off for 24 hours then I wouldn't give two hoots and a hooey if it went ahead and dumped 4 feet on us. I've gotta trailer those calves off the hill tomorrow and I DO NOT like pulling a trailer in the snow, especially down hill! I've got chains I can put on the trailer and it's got brakes but it's still not a fun proposition.
