A sales tax question on GB purchases

West Virginia has ZERO sales tax on the purchase of guns and ammo. If a purchase is made on GB and the receiving FFL is in WV is there no sales tax added to the final price?

As far as I know that would be correct. I had a sale and I forget what state but no sales tax was on there. Almost all are on the hog trough now though and the rest will come along.
Shouldn't be, but I can't be certain because my state charges sales tax. They do calculate it accurately.
They make you choose the FFL before you can complete the checkout because they figure the sales tax based on where the gun is being shipped. So, if there is no sales tax where it is shipped that should reflect "no tax" on the invoice.
I live in WV and have made three purchases thru GB since the no sales tax has went into effect, I think it was in June or July 2021, Two firearms and an ammo purchase. No sales tax was added and I did not go thru the GB checkout. I used a FFL that is not listed on GB. All the invoice had on it was the price of the item, shipping charge and the 1% GB fee. I contacted the seller to make sure his payment address was correct and sent out personal checks for two of the items and a certified check for the other. This is the way I prefer to pay. I don't think I will be a fan of the new outdoor pay.
Thanks, I bought 10 cases of shot shells and drove the hour to Huntington to get them. Buying it in WV saved me the 7.25% sales tax in Ohio. I spent 10 bucks on gas to save over 70 bucks on tax, it was worth it to me.
Should have saved quite a bit on shipping, too.
