Last October, I gave my bride my Old Timer Improved Muskrat that she had given me for Christmas 30+ years ago and within 45 minutes, she had lost it, never to be found after multiple searches.
i have been on the look for an old original since then, but wasn’t prepared to pay $100-225 for a old one in new condition.
Gunbroker comes through for me once again.

Maybe that's it and someone is selling it on GB?
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
It is it and someone is selling it. Don
Where it was lost, I kinda doubt it besides after 30+ years of multiple soakings, being used on everything from cottontail rabbits to Bighorn sheep, the blades had considerable wear and a unique patina.

A very good friend passed in '85. His wife gave me his Buck 301. I have misplaced it a few times, but still carry it daily.
Nice find at a fair price. Congrats
