I have managed to mess up my "Good Knee". Not sure exactly how it happened but it has become quite painful with a great loss of flexibility. On the plus side, I was able to get in and see my Orthopedic Doctor this morning. X-rays did not show any major issues with cartilage or the usual issues.... Lots of arthritis and inflammation at the present time. So a shot and some anti inflammatory RX for the time being and a trip back to outpatient rehab. Drove to the local Rehab center and have an intake there in a couple days.... Hopefully this takes care of it and I get to whatever normal is. Then I can start working on my bad Knee again !!!!! Parts of getting old are not fun !!!
So a prayer for wisdom in figuring this out would be appreciated....... THANK YOU

Been there and it hurts! I just finished 12 weeks of PT after a hard fall on concrete with the knee taking the brunt. Initial x-rays seemed to show the knee was broken, but the followup MRI showed just a bad bone bruise and a bunch of soft tissue damage. Work hard for your PT, even though he/she will make you hurt in order to get better. Will add you to my prayers.

First doc screwed up the surgery on knee #1. Had to have specialist redo it.
Thanks all...the knee is better today. I look forward to getting to rehab next week and seeing what we can improve. We have been keeping an eye on my other knee for a couple years. That one is pretty close to replacement time.
