Been seeing what's going on there looking like the movie "Black Hawk Down" burning tires and folks running amuck. Why isn't uncle joe sending the US Navy to do transport? Also farming out cops to a different country is crazy.

There are so many places we/US has no bidness in.
Whenever a US administration has big problems at home, it always turns to foreign policy. Much easier to hide your incompetence in other countries than at home where everyone is watching.
