I wonder what the real truth is...
"Independence Now, Independence Forever."
John Adams
6 am in Arkansas is still dark & someone banging on the door that early would be scary to the average 9 to 5 joe. ATF owes we the people a big explanation.
"An ATF agent was also injured in the exchange of gunfire and was sent to the hospital but is expected to make a full recovery."
Saddest words I have read all day.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
"An ATF agent was also injured in the exchange of gunfire and was sent to the hospital but is expected to make a full recovery."
Possible friendly fire?
Things that make you go hmmm! That particular story loads up for about 2 seconds, then the screen goes blank.
At least he winged one of the jackboots.
When enough of these clowns die, perhaps the storming of houses will stop.

They could have made an arrest rather than bust in his HOME and murder him. ATF are thugs and need to pay somehow. The guy never had a record of anything. Maybe go bust into a few gangbangers pads? No can’t do that. This murder makes me angry.
Turns out he had bought over 200 handguns in the last couple of years, and selling them almost immediately, like the same day without even a bill of sale. Even sold some to an ATF agent the same day he purchased them. I still don't agree with the predawn raid, they had him dead to rights.
That milk toast? I guess one never knows.
To me the BATF is just a loose Cannon with creepy joe supporting them no matter how many rights they break nothing will come of this it will be hushed up and never heard of again by the big boys
Oh But it's now OK for the illegals to have a gun and protcted by our constitution even not being citizens go figure this should be a wake up call
I have a neighbor well he is about eight or ten miles or so . Just a old fellow has to be in his 80s now
About 10 years he ago came home his yard and drive way full of every agency posible
lot of cars and vans he told me a small army went all thru his house andbuildings took all his guns, he always had lot of low end stuff mostly used up 22's and shotguns a few pistols and a few nicer guns of course
just trading material for all the locals and buddies but well over a hudred total
some he was working on for friends all the money in the place I think like 10 or 15k may have brn a lot more i dont recal the exact amout he had
they Got him For dealing in firearms
He had been trading and buying selling guns his whole life but he was always a flemarket any thing he could buy and flip for a few dollars tons of old fishing reels and clothing, lanterns similar items really any thing even cars
The big boys caught wind and well, they can't have that
I don't remember how long and how much he spent on laywers over time and going to court
He Never got the guns back but after a few years? , part of his money was
It was his retirment money he had been saving up for years but aftet the arest he is not allowed to own a gun any more
they put him on some life time probation they said it was just a hobby he let get out of control over the years
He said it was scary the amount of agents and federal boys that day waiting on him
Wow my Yellowneck 401K is endangered by the boot to the neck alphabet goonz. I should stop posting here. There maybe eyes!?!
Is that against Arkansas state law?
IIRC, the law states that anyone 'in the business of buying/selling firearms for profit' is supposed to have an FFL.
I'd say that buy and reselling same day or within 2-3 days is 'in the business'. This DOES NOT condone any sort of 'no knock' entry.
Here's the Daily Mail article.
The comments are interesting........as the Daily Mail is one of the few remaining sites that still allow comments. AOL use to......along with others......but alas, no more. That's how "they" control the narrative.😠
According to one source, he bought guns online and sold them at gunshows, etc.
If his name was Hunter, a crack smoking, Russian Ho humper, influence peddling, dead beat dad, not only would all this be ignored but it would be rewarded!!😡
Just a thought. Why couldn't 2 agents just walk into his office during regular working hours and arrest him?? Why??
This has the feeling of an intentional murder either because he knew something that needed silenced or the feds wanted to make an example of him.
Todays news media isn't reliable enough to ever give us the truth. Speculation is all we will get. Carry on gentlemen.
Was he a past associate of Bill & Hillary and did they find a new way clean up?
Hopefully, it wll soon be The Clinton Memorial Airport.
Apparently he broke a Federal law by not submitting to the administrative control of the BATFE.
He had no record of violence.
His whereabouts were known and predictable.
A 6:00 am raid was 100% unnecessary and each individual agent involved and whatever gaggle of goons ordered it expose the disdain this illegal organization has for the rule of law and the peasants they will bring to heel.
They are not alone. Your local police and sheriffs can be just as abusive.

Yep, it happens more often than you'd think. Several years ago when my daughter was in HS, a slew of deputies burst into a classroom of 25 +/- kids to arrest a student. Yes the kid was an accessory in a murder case, but in a small rural town and county where everybody knew him, he didn't have the capability to make any kind of serious attempt at a getaway. It was all for show - shock and awe.
"Abuse of Power" is a terrible evil thing. Soon I hope, I will begin my march from the Socialist/Communist state of New York and the likes of one of the greatest abusers, Andrew Cuomo and his cronies. ----------------------------------Ray
Abuse of power is most prevalent at the FEDERAL level and spreading as quickly as metastatic cancer.
Refer to my OP if you have doubts.
I remember a sad story many years ago of a man as I recall lived in Baltimore and I think his name started with a B. They knocked his door down and his wife was in the shower. He defended himself/family with a black powder pistol and was shot in the head. He was in a coma for a long time and finally died.
I don't know all the details here but what would any of us do if someone was tearing our door down unannounced. -------------------------------Ray
No reason for these kind of raids. There are many other options.
Same for David Koresh and Randy Weaver. I am sure they could all have been apprehended without too much fuss.
Yep, and Lavoy Finnicum in Oregon. ---------------------Ray
Its a good thing Mr Malinoski did not have a dog or cat.
Seems the story has gone cold. News about bridges taking the heat off.
Where is Henry Bowman when we need him?
In AR it is big news. AR is NOT a DEMOCRAT state & only in ones wildest dreams would Joe Biden win AR.
However, outside AR. it is not reported because it makes Joe Biden look bad.
I watched part of a YouTube post Langley outdoors ?
He said the ATF had followed the guy for two or three years building a case
They knew his routine day in and day out what he did and wher he went that he was a stabe working man knew all about him could have easy picked a much easier set time to arrest him
The ATF has become the brown shirts for Biden
They were brown shirts way before Biden. Ever since Waco at least.
At the VERY least. Probably before Ruby Ridge too.
