I have the tool to adjust High Standard mag lips for reliable feeding of the .22lr cartridge. More than happy to ‘loan’ it to anyone who can utilize it.

I have an HD military that I struggle with. I would very much appreciate the loan of that tool.
High Standard pistols don't have a integral feed ramp. The correct magazine is required for proper feeding. Their are 2 generations of H-S magazines. The early ones between 1932 and app. 1950 were constructed differently. The are known to collectors as "Finger Magazines"
A HD military made between 1945 and 1950 would have been specifically made with, and sold with a "Finger Mag."If you could obtain a original "Finger Mag" . It would be much easier to make your H-D function correctly.
The later generation mags made after 1950. Although they will fit in the early guns have a different feed lip geometry. Causing fail to feed jambs unless reworked. Sometimes the rear lips have to be ground back with a Dremel, to change the release angle so the cartridge will feed correctly into the chamber.
