Same place I learned Morgan Spurlock dying had a bit about hunter's day in court. All I hear is Trump this Trump that and a wee peep about hunter lying on federal paper work. I guess it's not news worthy.

charges should be thrown out as they are not Constitutional.
That said we are where we are and the mother of the 6 year old who shot his teacher was convicted of this based on pot usage, and Biden should be treated in the same manner.

As much as I'd like to see the scumbag go to jail, it's a stupid law and is contradictory to the Second Ammendment of the Constitution. Flame on.
