Got together with some old buddies yesterday for some shooting and fish fry. We have been doing this at least once a year for the last couple of years. One of my buddies lives out in the sticks and has a perfect little valley for target shooting….
Between all of us we shot firearms in .22LR…. .22 mag… .380.. .38 Spc. .. .357 Mag… 9mm… .44 Mag and .45 ACP. Rifles, Pistols, Revolvers, some were over 60 years old and a couple were New in box. One of my buddies had never shot a .44 Mag before. I think he is out shopping for one today !!
Great time shooting, talking and sharing the day. It ended with a fine meal of good old fried fish which was mostly crappie but also some bass and catfish. Baked beans, salads, cake, cherry pie etc…. The rest of our families joined us for supper and sitting out on the porch until late last night.

My FIL and I talked revolvers and nephew was surprised to see that the $2000 dollar Colt had sold. For a 10 year old, he's got good taste. 😁
