1971 Ford Ranchero GT 351C 4bbl. C6 trans and 9" rear. All new interior components and all the trim are under a dealer installed toneau (SP?) cover. Also has all the original wheels, beauty rings and hub caps. Edelbrock intake with holley 4 barrel installed and unused. Original carb and factory intake under toneau cover. Original paint, yucky color. Price: free, but had to make a 1640 mile rounder to San Jose CA to get it.

Fantastic! I love those things. Would love to have one raised a bit on a Baja style suspension.
The price was right. What's the plan? Full restore, hot rod ?
Score !
Had a 70 Torino GT about 25 years ago. Those are very cool looking hotrods.
Great find HPD!

You were in San Jose? You should've reached out and I would've met up with yous.
See if you can get the plate "huevos" maybe you'll have to get creative like "huev00".
Sorry Yosh, I didn't realize you were that close. My friend and his wife were with me too, and it was a cannonball run anyway. 1640 miles in four days.
The plan is to get it running, then address a couple small but developing rust issues. Next install the new interior and all the trim. Put the original wheels back on keeping is as much a "survivor" as possible, and then sell it. Both my friend and I think the color is horrible, and neither one of us are Ranchero guys anyway. Now if that was a '67 Fairlane or a '68-'69-'70 Mustang fastback……Oh boy……
very cool!
Nice score
austin20 - Love to get me a Holden or what was sold here in US as a Chevy "SS" a four door sedan (we never got the El Co looking ones). A 2014 - 2017 would be the ones to get in Lime Green or Orange.
Brings back memories
Keep us updated on your project
