Can anyone point me to a rail to mount a scope onto a Magnum Research BFR 45-70 long cylinder and 10 inch barrel? Thanks.

First why must you punish yourself?
Yours didn't come with a rail? I'd contact them for the rail.
Finally buy a helmet so the barrel doesn't bounce off your forehead.

It just arrived today and yes it did have a rail. I didn't know that it would have it.
I got it for bear hunting. Wanted to carry both rifle and pistol in the same caliber is the excuse I am using. But truth be told it was a reason to buy 2 more guns. 😁
Now these guns could use a "arm brace". But maybe one shouldn't put the silly thing so close to the face?

They really aren't that hard to shoot. But weights almost four and a half pounds. Where do you carry it?
I think they should have a factory option for Magnaport porting.
As for carrying it, Crocodile Dundee style it. On the back with the barrel to the sky. "That's not a gun, that's a GUN".
