These seem to be bringing a premium price. I'm having a hard time figuring out what ban this refers to. I was thinking about listing a couple Chinese made mags that I've owned since Slick Willie was in office. Can they be shipped to occupied territory like New York or Commiefornia?
I used to recruit for the NRA until they sold us down the river (again!) in Heller v. DC. See my auctions (if any) under username henryreilly

Legally?

Um, yeah, I meant legally, what with the "paper trail" being visible here in cyberspace. I'm still not getting what ban people are referring to, though.
Couple states in Con.? or Jersey? have the ok for preban magazines. How they, the states know? is a question. I did sell some preban Ruger 10/22 mags to a guy in one of those east coast states and they had been out of business for decades, *(Ramline) and checked the laws and it fit the bill.
A joke, of course.
Typically, 'pre-ban' refers to the Clinton AWB ban that sun-setted years ago.
Current California law as stated on the interwebs prohibits the manufacture, possession, or sale of large capacity magazines, which would include 30 rounders.
So the answer would be no, you cannot sell a 30 round magazine into the state of California.
Perhaps one of our California residents could confirm or correct, but it seems pretty clear when reading the law.

If you check Aim Surplus for guns & mags, they have purchased software that tells them/you whether or not a given item, based on zip code, is legal where you lived. Never heard of a criminal case involving the question, but I don't need to be the test case.
