Got this one a couple yrs. back. Not a Pistol, Not a Rifle Not a Shotgun. But a Firearm. Gas operated Remington 12 gauge Tac 13 (13 " barrel ) . Cylinder bore choke . Shoots low brass 8's to deer slugs with little recoil.

I couldn't give you the same answer 2 days in row on that question
Probably a toss up between my model 94 and my SBH both in 44Mag (actually several SBH's and RH's but the two I have owned the longest are my two favorites. I also agree with @savage170 on the rest of the firearms I have would depend upon how I feel at the time. A couple years back I was into putting together 80% ARs and they were fun at the time… comparable to your choice of the TAC 13 I'd like my Rossi ranch hand (like a mares leg).
Another vote for "depends what day it is", but my Marlin 1984c always puts a smile on my face.
another vote for the day. Usually it’s between a Winchester and a Weatherby.
This puts a smile on my face and Technicolor in my shoulder. SDS Lynx 12.
9422, 22 magnum is most always close at hand.
Truck, ATV , beside door, what ever the occasion
S&W Model 19 no dash. Smoothest revolver I have ever shot.
Probably Ruger standard and variants 22 pistols.
NAA mini revolver, it is always with me.
IM kinda partial to my Model 88 Winchester, and my S & W Model 19
Browning BAR in 7mm mag because of all the memorable hunts I have taken it on.
Ask me any day and you’ll get a different answer. That said, today’s favorite is…..
The H&R Ultra Slug Hunter (12 ga). She was born a shotgun, but identifies as a rifle. 😁 I call her “The Flopper” on account of what she does to deer with her 547 grain Buckhammer slugs.
Rifled barrel??
Yep. Rifled Heavy Barrel. She’s a pain to lug around for sure, but well worth the effort.
Note: I believe H&R made the rifled 12 ga heavy barrels for the Ultra Slug Hunter by starting with their 10 ga barrel blank, and leaving it heavy-walled.
I've got a rem 870 with fully rifled barrel, topped with Leopold scope. Shoot rem buckhammer.
Wife has rem 870 20 ga smooth, shooting high velocity rifled slugs, topped with a fixed 2x Tru glo red dot.
Just love them and taken several deer with each.
Those Buckhammers are the best slugs I’ve ever used. The Flopper will shoot clover leafs at 100 yds with them. Was very sad they quit making them way back. Still got a stash of about 25 left that I’ve been stretching out for a long time.
Yes sir, could over lap hits with mine also. Ive got about 40 rounds left. @Frogdog
Wife put a slug right through a golf ball at 25 yds. with her 20 ga.

There all like my kids picking a favorite would be impossible on any given
Now i do have some that are more special due the history of the guns that's as close I can come
That's some good shooting by your wife….especially with a smoothbore!
My favorite firearm is usually the one I am using at the time…. During hunting season, my favorite firearm(s) are the ones I am carrying and using during hunting season.
I’ve been pondering this question you asked for a couple days now, it’s impossible for me to come up with an answer. Had my Remington 870 for 50 years or better now, can’t see parting with it. All my Colts and other guns are keepers; you definitely have stumped me with this question.
That's a tough question........but I'll pick three examples.
My favorite handgun is my old Series 70 Gold Cup that I modified almost 45 years ago....…and was the basis for starting my gunsmithing avocation. Still carry it......on occasion. 😎
Then there's one of my nicest rifles.........a Winslow/Sako 17-222. You can see a good example of why I'm a self professed wood wh...(prostitute).😇
Finally......there's one of my most treasured rifles. It's my grandfather's old Winchester Model 61 Octagon 22LR. Out of my cold dead hands......…and to my son.🤨
Shootin' irons make for a great hobby.......err......obsession. 😉
Very nice examples,, ^^^^
1911.
Specifically, a Ruger given to me by employees with custom engraved aluminum grips. (Company logo).

I really like my SKS. It's just a fun gun to shoot. It's not super duper accurate, but not bad either. I like that Russian 7.62x39. Seems like the perfect mid range round.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
…any Colt 1911 .45acp…
All of them.
The one(s) I build ,,,,,,,
The one on my person at the time.
Gotta be more specific, buddy. 😁😉
Favorite i have/had, or favorite in general?
